Had to visit Gregory’s at the Westchester a few times before recommending it. They make a consistestently good cortado. I asked the employees if the brand messaging is real and if they treat their employees well and they confirmed this to be true. They said that the owner is super involved. The actual Gregory on the cups occasionally pops in and works on his laptop. He has 38 locations, including one on the west coast. This is saying a lot.

I love Gregorys. Their choices of hot and cold brews know no bounds. They even have 1/2 caf cold brew. Their plant milks are free and they even offer honey to sweeten cold drinks. Their plant-based food choices are decadent, plentiful, and delicious. Their vibe is clean, intelligent, respectful and invitingly-lit. I just wish that they opened at 8:30 so I could come before work, and that they still used an aeropress for their origin brews, as it greatly reduces acidity of hot...
