Despite having been closed for a good 10 minutes already, the gentleman treated me as if the store was open. Only after I asked if I could order one of these new coffee ice cream beverages did I notice all ice cream has already been stored for the evening. I wanted a fountain coke, and I got a great one made for me just how I like it with a big, genuine smile. The product a d the people here deserve high praise.

Just have to tell them you want a shake thick. Häagen-Dazs workers, have protocols to follow. Ice cream must be weighed and if expensive, its because its not a cheap ice cream. Its located in an expensive mall people full of expensive stores & a famous brand, always have to hear people complaining of prices. This place is great!
