Nice place but way overpriced. Staff is not well suited for service industry. They seem bothered to be at work when the place wasn't very busy. Atmosphere was decent. Mostly 20s and groups - no trouble while I was there. I hoped for better. Worth a visit.

One of the best billiards places I've been to overall, I would personally like it if the volume of the music would be turned up a little higher to enjoy it more. Everything else about this place is fantastic, highly recommend.

Nice pool tables but horrendous drinks. Please do not get a margarita. It should not be on their menu. We left them on the table as they tasted disgusting.

Don’t use this pool hall for events, it’s a scam.
I’m a regular here and I unfortunately will not spend another dime here due to the headaches caused from working with this Pool Hall.

From February 19th to March 30th, I called HardLuck Pool Hall weekly to place reservations for my father’s Birthday on April 4th.
Each time I called, I was told an event planner would get back to me with pricing details and specifics.
Finally March 31st, I get the details on price from the owner, Nico. He tells me the tables are $150 each per hour, but because of the “mistake in communication”, he will bring it down to $125 an hour - cool, But still more expensive than any tables I’ve rented before ?
Regardless, I took two tables since I did not have time to change the party plans I have had set for my father.
You would think spending $750 on pool tables would warrant some kindness or services from the staff and owner…
Nope, we had no one checking up on us and as soon as it hit 11, their staff was rushing out my 70-year-old father and my family.

Nico was nowhere to be found that night, but I do hope this pool hall stops advertising themselves as an organization that hosts events, private parties - that’s a lie and they will scam you.

Cleanest pool hall I have ever been to! The workers are very friendly!

Awesome pool hall! Tables, cues, and balls are always in pristine condition. There's a full bar and they have finger foods/appetizers available. Lots of TVs around so you can watch various sports/games while playing. Plenty of parking in the lot around the corner. Highly recommend!

Was greeted upon arrival. Escorted to the table, ordered some food they brought it to our table and they assisted me when I had a question. Also there was someone checking in on us through out the night. Had a great time at this spot on a Friday night.

From the front desk staff, to the wonderful bartender here we felt really welcomed. The tables were great, and we didn't expect the great service we received as the bartender came right out to the table to take care of us. Recommend for any group, or even a date as we saw some of that here as well.

It's not small and it's not big it's JUST RIGHT! Everytime i get a chance I like coming here to play with my Fiancé or with the family. Always have a good time!

I went earlier in the afternoon on a Sunday, got to shoot 9 for an hour for $12.
The staff were polite and the place was clean.

This place is ok but Small. The music is on repeat, they don't take requests and they won't install a music payment system. There are no hourly table specials like in every other pool hall I've been to and no drink specials on any day of the week.
As a regular paying customer I requested to get my own table away from the group of 4 I was playing with( 2 empty tables available), I was denied because "we don't break up groups. Maybe if more tables open up." I countered with "charge me whatever the regular price is", to no avail. I hope the regular players get tested a little better in the future.
