The service was super slow despite the place being nearly empty. I asked for an unsweetened matcha and was given a very sweet matcha. They didn’t tell me they only had pre-sweetened mix. They seemed annoyed when I told them I didn’t want the drink. Then my friend waited for her hot tea and sandwich for 15 minutes before she went up to the counter to ask if they were ready. I saw the cashier take out the sandwich from the display to heat it up after that. It ended up being just a few slices of tomato and cheese, maybe one piece of eggplant on a soggy dinner roll. The fact that that and the tea were $17, and my matcha was over $7 is too high a price point for the quality of the product and service.

Tiramisu latte was delicious and I love the glass mugs for “to stay” orders! Cafe itself is a bit small and dark. Great service.

Reasonable cappuccino but missing knowledge in terms of type of bean type, extraction time and correct milk temp. The beans seem like good quality. A little more simple training of the staff could easily move it to 4 stars.
Service was terrible. Gone there twice and both times had the rudest interactions with employees. Zero customer service.

The matcha that I bought was really good, a little overpriced but good. I ordered my matcha with oat milk but the way my stomach was reacting made me question whether there was some dairy crossover because instead of lactose intolerance, god blessed me with an allergy to milk and I was definitely feeling sick. The bathroom was designed by Satan himself. Not only is it down a long hallway that is slightly creepy but then when I finally opened the door I assessed the situation... Two stalls; one where the toilet doesn't flush and the water is constantly running and the other where the stall doesn't lock and if you don't hold it closed it swings open to display you at your most vulnerable.
