Service was great. Ordered the crispy duck. It was okay. But my dinner guests ordered other dishes and raved about them so I guess I'll give this place another try.

Very tasty. Nice selection of rolls, fairly priced. Pleasant, æsthetic interior. Friendly staff who do not stare at you too judgmentally.

Great sushi. The duck was amazing. Nice bar seating. I’ve had delivery and dined at the place and it’s always a good experience.

Came in around 9 pm on a reservation the host/ manager immediately informed me the kitchen closes in 10 mins and was very hasty … after placing my order the my steak arrived cold as well as the order being incorrect due to the staff rushing they refused to correct my order and instead offered me a a gift card for me next visit .. they completely ruined my experience I will not be returning back to this establishment

We have walked by Ichiro’s on many occasions and this evening we ordered an exceptional dinner using their online feature on their website. Everything from the miso soup to our appetizers, salads and main course arrived earlier than promised and everything was hot snd delicious!

The service was okay at first but the waitress looked as if she wanted us to leave already. We hadn't even been inside for an hour. She came over and asked if everything was okay and we said yes and then asked if we wanted to go boxes which we responded no to and she proceeds to take ALL of our food away and stack the plates on top of each other THEN asks if we were done. We said yeah after all the plates being stacked because who would want to eat the food after that? Then we were enjoying our drinks and she came with the check and we paid in card and left $0 on the tip line because we were going to leave the tip in cash. She looked at the check and goes "you're not leaving tip?" and we go "yes we are but in cash" and she nods and walks off. We finished our drinks and left the tip under the glass and she comes rushing from the back and yells "where's my tip!" and once she saw it was under the glass she calms down and we just leave. I cannot believe the kind of service we received tonight. It was horrendous.

Food is good they used to have all you can eat sushi but no longer. Pics on google still show need to be taken down. Portions are small. Pricey for portions as well

This was my first time here. The shrimp fried rice was delicious a bit salty . I also have the beef skewers were a bit tasteless and chewy.. I couldn't eat my food w the chopsticks so I asked for a fork . The gentleman handed me a fork w his bare hand no napkin wrapped around. After dinner the check was given without asking if anything is was needed or dessert.

I normally order online and they have great customer service attentive to the client's order. However, I went to dine this weekend and was extremely disappointed. The waiter did not even give us utensils until we asked for it, and then it seemed like they were so bothered by us asking for napkins. They were rude and non attentive. Extremely upset by their attitude and behavior. I will no longer be ordering nor dinning here.

Post COVID Review: Disappointed on food quality, customer service and environment. This use to be one of my favorite places to go to for sushi in White Plains pre-COVID. There is no more all you can eat sushi. Service is like everywhere else - Rude and unattentive. Overpriced. Food quality is poor. Cleanliness could be better. I would not recommend this place. They should not label this all you can eat.
