I have had a terrible experience in this restaurant, since apart from the fact that the order took a while to arrive, the food was completely bland.

We only notified the waiter about a single dish but in reality all the dishes lacked salt and in their marine platter the seafood was not well cooked.

It goes without saying that I will not return to this restaurant.

I've visited many times. I love their lomo salteado and fish ceviche. The fish ceviche has all types of colors and textures! I only took a pic of the PICARONES! It's a pumpkin donut with anis flavor and honey.

We went as a family to eat and ordered a la carte dishes which were steaks and green noodles.
The Churrascos were really bad, they had no flavor or salt, it was flavorless meat, I called the waiter and asked if they had changed the cook and he told me no, I let him know that the Churrascos were flavorless and dry. I asked for more creams so I could eat it.
I'm not one to complain about the food because I always liked to eat the churrasco and grill at this restaurant, but really this meat was totally unknown and they didn't give me any solution just to pay for the total amount consumed.

Decent service, great atmosphere but food needed a lot more flavor, lacking salt on most dishes. Also fried fish was a bit dry.

I really like this restaurant, and I think the food is delicious. I even think it's reasonably priced for what you get. However, I will add that I believe the tipping system is set up to take advantage of the customer, unfortunately.
I don't have a problem with the restaurant adding the 18% tip to the bill, but I would really appreciate it being more clear, as my husband and I have definitely ended up leaving a 40% tip twice before noticing that this was happening. (20% on (subtotal + 18%))
It's not really the norm for restaurants to do this, so it wasn't something we checked for (which I realize is on us... but still kind of awkward). And the reason I believe it is set up to take advantage of you is because while they do provide an itemized receipt initially, once you give your credit card, the bill folder returns with only the credit card receipt (and not the itemized receipt) which then has yet another tipping section, taking away your ability to look back at your original bill. At least this is what happened to us.
I think it would be a better practice to keep the itemized receipt in there if you are aiming to be transparent with the customers. And I mean I like the staff and definitely want to tip them! But 40% is a lot and so I hope they remember us and hook us up with extra ceviche or something...

When we arrived at the place at 9:10, the very kind waiter told us to wait a few moments that he would soon place us at a table, not even two minutes and the manager appears and tells us that she could no longer serve us because they close at 10. They were maximum 9:15 and they couldn't attend to us? We were only 2 people and a baby. Well my answer was that they had already served us, and the waiter appears and places us at a table. The attention of the waiters was very good and friendly at all times, but the attitude of the person in charge was terrible. I'm not coming back to this place.
