I ordered from this place more than 10 times through doordash. So far the experience was good. Today I wanted to change different foods taste so I ordered Aloo Mutter and Chili Pepper Chicken. Oh god the Vegetable Curry “Aloo Mutter” was saltless, literally big slices of potato and green pepper flavored thats all, nothing else. That was the worst vegetable curry I had. No salt at all just veggies cooked in tomato sauce. Very bad experience today.

I tasted only Ghee Masala Dosa and Onion Utthapam. The prices are ridiculously hugh for a primarily takeout place. But the taste was below mediocre. Just two tables with a really shabby depressing interior. Parking is on street with meters. The parking website didn't work. So I asked rhe restaurant to give me quarters from $ bills; they gave me less than I tendered! At least keep quarters for your patrons for an antiquated parking system. But the food is mediocre, especially for the price and that kills it.

I've been going to this location for pick up lunch since 2018. The staff is very personable, and they make great food! This is the best lunchbox pick up spot, very busy. I recommend going on Wednesday-Friday for lunch (closed Tuesdays) when they are very busy.
All lunch items are served to you from a hot bar in the front. A drink is included, freshly made naan, and your choice of a piece of tandoori chicken or a vegetable appetizer.
Tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, and goat on the bone are available every day. A chicken order generally has the most protein. A personalized lunch order (items not from the daily hot bar) will take 15-20 minutes to fulfill.
An assortment of vegetables and rice styles rotate daily. The bindi do pyaza, batata bhaji, cabbage poriyal, and avial is very good when offered.
While dine in service is possible, this was more common before the pandemic. Seating has been reduced to two small tables, which are usually occupied by locals.
Over all this place is a good informal lunch pickup spot that is always tightly packed.

Very impressed with the service and the food! The staff was attentive, and the dishes were packed with flavor. For an authentic Indian experience, I highly recommend asking for Chef Bain's signature curry - it's absolutely delicious. Also, make sure to try the special tandoor --it's a standout! Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

The dining room was closed for the day, so we had lunch in the take-out space. The staff could not have been more gracious in making us feel incredibly welcome. The food was excellent, the service was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating, the portions were large and the price couldn't be beat. We had a marvelous time.
