don't order delivery. chicken didn't come crunchy. was a bit soggy. i'd only go back if i are in or did pick up.

Chicken was way too damn greasy, not crispy at all and was cold and soggy. After spending 55 dollars at this location they didn’t even add a single packet of sauce even though we called and asked for it. Mashed potatoes were good as obviously it’s frozen one

Located in the Galleria mall food court, prices are a little higher than in a standalone shop (3pc dark was $13), but the food was hot and fresh, crammed the box full of fries and good sized pieces of chicken.

Ok something is going on with KFC not one I have gone to in westchester between white plains and mount vernon taste like the original , someones’s not paying attention to the original recipe
