I bought a wrap and onion rings today. Later on, my stomach started to hurt me and I got sick. It was because of those onion rings! It was very dry and I think that the oil wasn't good. It's supposed to be crispy, not soft. Never again!

Disgusting. The workers there make fun of the customers in Spanish to each other. Im white but Understand and speak Spanish.I caught them making fun of an elderly Black lady,and myself as well while we were on line. It was the short guy who is always wearing a hat. I confronted them about it and they denied it. It was clear as bell and it was foul language which I will not repeat here. They are disgusting. Stay away, they do not deserve your business.

I ordered twice through doordash, food is good, but each time order completion was delayed by 20/25 minutes. Plus, out of 3 items, they packed only 2 items for my 1st order which I placed on 9th Oct, so when I inquired about it, they said the delivery driver left a box on the counter. But in fact the driver only picks up what he/she is been handed by the store. The 2nd time, I went myself to pick up, so as I was reading the notification - based on the time given by the store your order should be ready now - I entered the store and mentioned about my order, It’s not ready yet, we just got the order 1 minute ago, need to wait 10 minutes, was the reply I got. I showed them my email confirmation, which I got 25 minutes ago, and asked how come they only got the order 1 minute ago. The cook said, it never happens, but this one time it happened for the first time that we received the order that late, If you want you can cancel the order. As if they would be happy if I had cancelled the order. Without responding, I went to my car and came back 10 minutes later, only to find my order still being prepared, I watched the cook completing 2 more order for customers who walked in few minutes earlier and placed their order in store. By now I saw my order being packed and put on the completion bin for the cashier to pack 10 minutes later, but sadly she was busy taking one of the 2 customers who just walked in. So I said to her, my order is now ready, can you please give it me, she looked at the bin where my order was left, and said give me a minute, look to the other customer, took her order, made her a coffee, gave her the change and then packed my food. So I was thinking to myself if they’re so reluctant to take online orders they shouldn’t have open that option at all because it looks like the preference is given to the people who come in the store and they get their stuff as quickly as possible and the people ordering online will have to wait forever.

mixed feelings-lived in the neighborhood 10 years used to go consistently was tasty food. My husband would get annoyed often because he'd say people would come in after (3-4 more customers after him) they'd consistently get his food before him and we're talking gyros and hot sandwiches to his bagel. The kicker is one time I got an empanada, which I used to have all the time and get for my son also. Well this particular one landed me in the hospital because a piece of grill brush was in the crust and got lodged into my esophagus. I knew after the FIRST bite something was wrong because it felt like i swallowed glass so I was taken to the ER pretty much within 10 minutes of buying that empanada!!!! Needless to say we don't go here any more!!!

Cook is very rude you request things he does what he wants I expressed I didn't eat pork he made my food right next to it I asked for a muffin toasted both side he made sly remarks to the other guy who works there and did it on one the lady at the register very nice !!!
