This is the dirtiest restaurant I’ve EVER been in. It smells like stale beer and piss. I had to use the bathroom before I tried ordering my food. I feel like I needed a tetanus shot after. The servers are dirty and nasty. Health department violations all over. As Gordon Ramsay would say, SHUT IT DOWN. If I was homeless I wouldn’t even take food from there. Atrocious

I went to McDonald's inside the White Plains mall in the galleria and all I asked for was a few ketchup packets. The cashier I ask the ketchup for, went to her African American co worker and asked her to get it for me. The two then proceeded to giggle and argue about who would get it for me. Never have I seen such childish behavior in such an establishment. To be honest, they don't come across as the brightest individuals in there. They should be fired.

good food, but the service sucks. kids are wandering around with no parents and the workers are walking around on their phones and not helping them go back to their parents. i would never come back here. i literally witnessed a kid climb up on to a display car, and a worker didn't even do anything she just walked past on her phone.
