Reposting this because google keeps removing it for no reason when white plains NEEDS to know.Extremely disappointed. This used to be one of the best spots in white plains. After going in here today, seeing new menu items, a new layout, and people I have never seen before- I came to the conclusion they have got new owners. I believe I spoke with the new owner (he was the one taking the orders) who was very nice, and pleasant. Unfortunately, that was the extent of the good I have to say.Not only did he say he had to ring my second sandwich up as a separate transaction (I found this odd, why could you not add it to my first sandwich, just to get more sales?) the cost was way more than what it normally is. When I was handed the bag, it felt extremely light. I have gone in here over 1000 times since it’s opened years back, I knew right there something was off.After getting back to my office, I opened up the sandwich and was actually appalled. Not only was my order completely wrong, the flatbreads are now at least half the size of what they used to be, and they’re 3-4 dollars MORE EXPENSIVE? Absolutely egregious and just down right sad. A place that was the perfect lunch, the perfect spot, has now been ruined by greed. A former regular customer, sad to say I will no longer be patronizing this business. Words cannot do justice to what I just experienced here. Ordered a “pizza” that turned out to be the size of my fist and was sold for $15. My wife ordered a “sandwich” which basically was a cold naan with a few veggies and chicken, another $15. Unless you want subpar food at a premium price I’d advise staying far away from this place.

First time coming to eat here and it was amazing. The owner and the cook were nice and calm. The food was good just a little more flavor on the chicken, but overall it great. I recommend it for everyone to try.

Whenever I'm in town from PA I stop in or like Friday bc I was in an appointment had my sister pick up my favorite sandwich. It was supposed to be aged beef, Italian (broccoli Rabe, roasted peppers, onions) and extra mushrooms on flatbread. How disappointed was I to get it back to PA and it had some overcooked steak, BROCCOLI ? and regular tomatoes!!!! If this is what you'll be serving now you have definitely lost a customer or 2 or 3 that I know of.
The sandwiches are delicious and the service was prompt and friendly.

I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for this restaurant. The food is sooo tasty but yet healthy as can be. The customer service is amazing! Door Dash didn't send the confirmation for my delivery to the restaurant and the owner delivered my lunch herself!
