The food had good flavor but it was not fresh. The cheese inside was all dried out and the chicken as well, I was hoping for a slight cheese pull but the cheese was so dried and cool. Would have been great if it was fresh. I couldn’t finish the other have because it was too dry, I ordered the big chicken sandwich with the hot honey and cheddar cheese

Give Barbara a raise! I became a big fan of the melt shop today all because of her. Was very uncertain of the menu options, but she was able to break down the entire thing in terms of what to expect, popularity, size, etc. got myself a hot honey Mac & Cheese. Delicious! I can’t wait to try out the rest of the menu on my next visit.

I ordered the cheese burger with bacon, caramelized onions, and parmesean fries. The onions were way too overwhelming, with more onions than meat. The fries were cold. Never again in this overpriced mall. Two bad experiences in one mall, you don't have to tell me a third time.

I came to eat here a little while ago and the guy who held me was great and the food was very good. However today, after I used the Self-Serve screen, this woman Barbara Burgos (or so she said her name is) Said the self-serve cream does not give Mall employee discount. (I am a mall security guard ). After I told her exactly the order as I entered it on the screen, she gave me a price that was above the one showing there (this was because I chose grilled chicken which is $1 extra instead of the crispy chicken that comes with it ) after she made the correction, the price was coming up 12:17 barely $0.20 lower than the 12:38 that the screen was trying to charge me before. When I told her this she swung her wrong register screen really fast in a bad mood; so I told her if you are going to treat me like this I'm not going to get anything. For management to know that this woman is not able to help customers properly.

Just ate at the melt shop in the Westchester Mall. I can honestly say one of the best cheeseburgers and french fries I have ever had. The meat was incredible. The brioche bun and the fries just made it a perfect lunch. Keep up the good work guys absolutely awesome

You can’t go wrong with grilled cheese. But service is terrible! Not efficient. Didn’t acknowledge customers. 20 min wait for grill cheese. Not sure if I’d come again.

Located on the top floor of The Westchester Mall, the melt shop has an assortment of deliciously cheesy sandwiches. Including Melts, Chicken Sandwiches, and classic Cheese Burgers WITH Wagyu Meat. We had the Shop Cheese Burger with no Pickles or Onions and when say that was the juiciest burger I have ever tasted, I was audibly upset. Paired with their Loaded Cheese Fries and Strawberry Guava Lemonade, I enjoyed every bite.

First time order was a Ceasars salad with crispy chicken and oreo frappe. Both were very delicious and filling given the price and size of the salad. As well as the chicken owner bucket my girlfriend got which also tasted good. The oreo frappes were amazing. Intend to visit again soon!
