My review has to do with drink sizes. When I go to get a large soda, it should be one where I'm floating in the soda. Places like Sarku that used to be in the galleria mall and Annie's pretzels both know how to make a large soda melt is not if you're looking for a large soda go downstairs to where they show the pretzels much larger.

If you love a crisp, cheesy grilled cheese that is oozing mashed avocado this is the lunch for you! The service was attentive and the fries were hot, crispy and perfectly seasoned. Best mall lunch I have had in years.

First let me point out that melt shop and melt sandwich shop are different places. I didn't know this until we were on our way and realized I had been looking at the wrong menu for half of the day deciding what I wanted to eat. The melt shop (this) is located in the mall food court. Anyways, this was one of the worst experiences I've had getting food in a while. There were at least 5 people working but we were only able to order food on the machines for some reason. Fine but just weird. We waited over 25 minutes for our food. They ran out of fries, coke, and the bun that my sandwich was supposed to be on. We asked for a cup of water and the guy laughed at us and said 'we don't do that'. He gave me a huge attitude when I asked for a fork. The cheese on our cheesy (not fries but tots) was cold and gross. And my chicken was semi burnt. The herbed tots were pretty good though! Overall, I wouldn't recommend.

This was my first time trying Melt Shop. The sandwich is a genuine 10/10. Very crispy and not too spicy but a good amount. The sandwich is good and crispy even when it's cold! Compared to other chicken sandwiches i've tried it's definitely on top. For it to be such a simple sandwich and be that good. I'd definitely recommend.

Always a pleasure hitting this melt shop. Just left on Christmas Eve and Larissa and the team took my order last minute and it was perfect! Real service!!!

Have been here twice in the past two weeks... first time got the "spicy grilled cheese" which was excellent ... second time got the basic bacon cheese burger which was very good as well... ordering with the touch screens is very straight forward and the turnaround time was fine... staff friendly as expected... I'll go back next time I'm in the mall.

Service was extremely slow. Waited almost half hour for 3 over priced items. The workers were messy and seemed to not care about everyone waiting. The chicken sandwich was barely edible.

I suggest to download the app to be able to rack up on rewards. We used the touch screen to make our orders. The lemonades were good (plain and guava). The food took a while to come out but in their defense it was a bit busy. Our spicy chicken sandwhich didn't have cheese as it wa supposed too. The burgers were dry except for the Korean and slaw one. The fries were soggy. Idk if i would try here again

Great clean friendly place to order from. I got the chicken bacon ranch and it was fantastic. Yes I would order the melt again. Staff is friendly and will honestly answer questions. Thanks for a great place.

We ordered a large coke and was given a small coke. the manager advise cups were on back order and that he small is the same ounces as the large.. I have never heard such a thing.. we ordered from the kiosk the manager should have charge us for a small and refund the difference.. shameful.. manager needs to be send back to management School

Fast delivery, disappointing result. I'd not recommend unless you are desperate. I was quarantining and was, so...

Melt Shop is an NYC grown fast casual brand owned under portfolio company Aurify, which also manages Le Pain Quotidian, Little Beet, Five Guys, and of course, Melt Shop. They specialize in grilled cheese and cheese-adjacent sandwiches like chicken and burger melts. They have a nostalgic tater tot side dish, but upgraded with bacon, jalapeno, and varieties of cheeses, if ordered. The fried chicken sandwich is crispy, tender, and surprisingly juicy. Well accentuated with the acidity from the red cabbage slaw and bolstered/richened with the thick spicy sauce. It's messy, but to be expected. And it's hard to ever go wrong with crispy fried potato pillows adorned with Parmesan cheese and parsley. The portions are large and the food is rich, which helps to justify the healthy prices for a sandwich.

Menu changed. The tater tots weren't there and the burger melt was dry and nothing like the original. The wings needed more sauce.

Nice to see all the NYC imports inhabiting the Westchester Mall! Before Melt Shop came here, the only thing they were known for was grilled cheese (which they discontinued a favorite one of mine, but I digress). I have been here a few times since they opened but most recently I ordered off of the app. Note: they won't call out your name when your pick up time comes so make sure you alert them you are there. I made the mistake of waiting a while but my food was stored in a heated space. I ordered the wings and loaded tots, which were both very good. Buffalo sauce is hot and spicy and dare I say messy of course but great none the less. I will be back!

Nice concept. Great packaging. Lousy hot chicken sandwich - too much oil and not enough hot, also sloppy and couldn't hold it together. Giving it three stars because my boys were cool with the Pimento Mac & Cheese and the Chicken Tenders. This is like a Disney quick meal in nice boxes.
