This location i have come to a few times. It has progressively become better and better. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and quite, while there is a great social bar, with very nice accomodationimg staff and the downtown has become much better than it use to be that this hotel is right within.
Only downside I've experienced is the up charge fee for late checkout. Normally around the world a late checkout there is not a secondary charge of you request up till 1-2pm. Unfortunately this hotel is going with the US trend of charging consumers for needing a later checkout even if you checking at 11pm bc of late travel etc.. Only down on have to say, but hotel it top notch

Have stayed here several times for work and it’s the perfect location - has restaurants and other things to do near by. Also the service is amazing. I am recognized when I return and always look forward to our favorite server, Milly. She is always helpful, pleasant and I look forward to ordering a glass of wine from her again!

We only stayed one night and everything was fantastic. We were upgraded to the top floor and had a beautiful view! Check in was great with the help of Nisy who explained the parking options and also assisted with checkout the next day. She was so helpful and friendly. Right next to the mall for convenience. Located walking distance from downtown restaurants and stores. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows for added comfort. Room was clean and had plenty of charging options for phones, tablets, etc. would definitely stay here again if in the area

The entire staff was amazing ( to mention a few names - Mr Cris, Ms Mildred, Ms Melvis, Mr Joey and Mr Carlos) and we really enjoyed great services here. We highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed with my husband for 1 night. The room where we stayed was excellent. It is super clean and everything is tucked inside. There was no mess at all. It was quiet. We were on the 11th floor. The view was spectacular. I would like to make mention Emillio, Jessica and Noel of the front desk for being so polite, professional, kind and for making our check in and check out a hassle-free one. Thank you very much
My mom had bad experience parking on the fourth floor when someone scratched and dented her car! When she went to reception they told her we can’t do anything because there is no cameras on that floor. She told them you can see when I came in my car was fine but when I left my car was damaged ok so they asked for my information and car details I provided everything and filed report with receptionists but no one called me with any updates. The photo I took on the 4th floor was when I parked car was fine dented photos were when I came back and so my car damaged.

I'd keep an eye on the bill. Was charged for a breakfast that I didn't eat. Trying to contact the hotel to get it fixed was pointless. Got transferred to voicemail boxes that were full. After multiple calls and finally talking to someone and being assured it'd be corrected, I eventually had to file a credit card dispute. Way too much work to deal with. The hotel was really nice, I would have expected better service.
