Nespresso Boutique

The ladies that work in nespresso are the most professional and respectful in the entire blomingdale store. They are helpful and courteous I have ever dealt with.

I drove almost two hours to visit this store and was disappointed by the experience. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged by most of the staff, almost as if I was invisible. I did spend some money here and stayed patient, but I couldn’t help but feel like I didn’t belong. The only person who greeted me was a young woman with long hair—she was kind. However, another employee with glasses was very standoffish and unwelcoming, even after I explained this was my first time here and I wasn’t sure how things worked. Overall, the atmosphere left me feeling uncomfortable, which is unfortunate after making such a long trip. :)

I frequently visit this Nespresso boutique, and the team is always attentive, patient and kind. Today, the Assistant Manager, Jeff, went above and beyond, for me. I had been searching everywhere for a limited edition product, and he made me feel like my request was his mission. He found exactly what I needed, and he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I also picked up some new pods to sample. I highly recommend this boutique for all of your Nespresso needs!

I was interested in buying an Nespresso machine, so I googled where to buy one in the area and found there is a Nespresso boutique inside Bloomingdale’s , White Plains, NY.I wish I could remember the sales associates name because she was extremely helpful. She gave me some samples and I had a cup of coffee while I was there.I ordered the Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and the tray to put my pods in. I was pleasantly surprised, it was delivered my apartment in two days!It’s by far the BEST coffee machine I have ever purchased! This machine can make regular coffee, cappuccino, espresso, absolutely delicious. ☕️5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I always have an amazing experience at this Nespresso! All of the specialists are fantastic and very knowledgeable and friendly.

Jeffrey was incredible today. He helped me in the morning with buying coffee. I had mentioned that my Aeroccino machine was not working. He said that if I bought it back to the store he would look at it. I did and he tested the base and its not worry. He spent almost an hour with me calling N for me and they were able to give me a . replacement. Jeffrey was so kind . I am so grateful

This was a great experience as a new Nespresso owner. We walked in and was instantly greeted by Veronika. She was professional and very knowledgeable about the coffee pods and machines. She took her time to teach us about the systems and was so patient in her explanations. I will be returning to buy all my pods from here on out. The samples were amazing as well.

There was a white lady manager/supervisor that was initially very friendly and offered a drink. But then suddenly gave a nasty attitude when I declined the drink.Other than that this location has what you need to order pods

As a newcomer to Nespressso, Annemarie walked me through, from A to Z. She took the time to explain every single details and answered all of my questions. She's truly a dedicated Nespresso specialist. Also, they do sell pods.
