Myself and my wife order from them all the time so, just now in fact we ordered from them cause she liked their soup! So I order two buffalo pizza slices! Food comes, pizza slices looked older than the guy sitting in the Oval Office and cold! My wife calls and explains their response is this “ you don’t have a microwave or oven”? Food was delivered 1/2 earlier than requested. They overcharged me, then told me I ordered something I did not. The counter man was nasty and told me not to ever call back because I called him out on his mistake. Food has gone down hill. Obviously, the counter man was not the owner because I do not think any owner of any restaurant would speak to a customer in that manner. After seeing YELP I could not believe so many other people were treated the same way. Very unprofessional!
