Literally the worst food and service. The restaurant is so dirty. I have NO words - tasted like airplane food.

Rainy day. Had nothing to do but wanted to get out and move around for awhile. Headed to the Westchester. Decided to go to the Cafe in Nordstrom since I had never been. You order your food as soon as you go to the desk. Then you sit and the waitress brings your food. The Asian chicken salad was so delicious. Husband had the roast beef sandwich,French dip and we had rose wine. Surprisingly really good . Wine was $21 a glass but was a good pour. Much more relaxing than food court. Def Recommend it.

The food was okay. But my server, not sure her name but sounded like it started with an A and tall female, had negative energy. Would recommend new servers or kinder people.

I had to write this review. The ceasar salad was the best that I’ve had in my life. I added tomatoes and cucumbers. Whoever made that salad is a legend. The croutons were amazingly super delicious. Everything was perfect: it was so delicious, so wanted to order a second one: The chicken was extremely tender, I never taste that type of chicken. Awesome dish!!!

Had to wait over 40 mins for a simple pizza order, I understand they were a bit busy, but 40 seems excessive when they said 10-15. Pizza was also cold and looked like it was thrown into the box

It's a very nice cozy place to eat. They have in and outdoor dining. They offer about 10 different salads, about 4 different personal pizza pies, about 6 different sandwiches, and about 5 different entrees along with desserts, coffee, tea, water, sodas. The severs are very nice and always willing to go all out to get you what you want!
Always fresh prepared food and the service is the best! Love all the servers and manager!

It is always a tradition to have lunch with my mom at this location on the first day of the Anniversary Sale and just realized I never reviewed it. Despite having a closer commute to the NYC Nordstrom dining options, those leave much to be desired. Food is always consistent here. Fresh and warm ingredients. Signature tomato soup and lemonade are must haves each time you visit. Quality doesn't waver. On this visit, I ordered one of the new items on the menu: the lemon chicken pesto gnocchi. The pasta was fluffy and flavorful with a rich pesto broth. The waitress brought over complimentary bread which I used all of to sop up all of the broth. There is never a wait which also means that you are never rushed at your table. There is very minimal contact with your server which can be considered both a good and bad thing.
