Fast, simple, clean food at a good price and great taste. My go to when I'm in the area

Ordered on Grub Hub They Forgot the Truffle Fries on the order Pizza arrived barely warm and it's pretty small for the price. Panera Flatbread size for $16. And very salty! Ordered Carbonara, which was all black pepper and ham. Little to no sauce, and not the right creamy sauce for Carbonara! Lilly's far outshines this place for pizza and pasta!! Lastly I ordered the Tiramisu and there was mold starting to grow on it!! I ended up calling the restaurant for all these issues and they refunded me for the 3 items and were apologetic and nice.

Great pizzas and especially pastas!! Love their creamy pesto cheese ravioli, cacio e pepe pasta, and margherita pizza :)

Tasty Italian at a good price. I ordered the chicken parmigiana, salad, bread and tiramisu. The chicken was very yummy but was missing the pasta side. Their salad was very simple and dressing lacked any flavor. Bread which I'm assuming is their pizza dough was tasty but overdone. Tiramisu was just ok.

i finally gave papi in white plains a try and overall its great for a quick bite or whatever. its kinda hidden from the main area as its closer to the metro north station and not too many folks walk around the area but overall its worth a visit if you are in the area. . the pizza is very good but they have a bunch of other food options if you desire, like pasta dishes , wraps, specialty pizzas, plus good wine options as well and good amount of spaced out seating if you want to eat in. i did have the margarita pizza after all and i enjoyed it a bunch but i will orderd the chicken parm sandwich next time which my cuz had cause it looked really yummy and cuz never shares. overall a good place to grab a bite before or after a white plains metro north visit.

I give this place 5 stars for the pinsa and pasta. The pizzas are good for one if you're hungry. Try the cacio pepe pinsa, it's creamy and has a nice contrast with the interesting crispy fluffy crust. The pastas I have tried are always good. I like the atmosphere of this place; it's simple and sleek. You order at the counter and they bring your food. Service is very friendly. The owners are a young couple from Italy who take pride in their product.

UPDATE: giving you guys three stars instead of two so you stop harassing door dash to call me to take down my review and stop calling me from blocked numbers. Super inappropriate and not chill and I'm actually scared so good job. But on principle now I'm not taking this review down. I'm really sad to say this was bad. I was so excited from the amazing reviews but I ordered takeout and it was really not delicious. They folded my pizza appetizer up like a sandwich so all the cheese (which there was very little of, like maybe one piece of cheese total?) stuck together and then the grease all pooled up on the bottom pieces. I also know that it was a "stuffed pizza appetizer" but like..... stuffed with what? Pieces of itself? One piece of cheese and one piece of prosciutto? I also got fries because they were cacio y pepe flavored but they were cold, soggy and just loaded with pepper, not really vibing with any cheese.

Papi, what can I say. You've fed me through the pandemic and continue to do so. I love your pizzas the sauce is always fresh. I have probably ate my way through most of the menu by now, everything is always so good and really brings me back to Italy. I especially love how small your operation is and everyone seems like family!! Great place for sure

I had a busy day ahead of me so I ordered a pizza from PAPI, via SEAMLESS. According to the app, pizza would be ready in 15minutes. 20 minutes later, I arrived at Papi and told the girl at the register I was picking up an online order. I saw her turn to the woman preparing the orders. The woman only then BEGAN to prepare my pizza. I asked the girl if that was my order that was just getting started. Indifferently, she said "yes, when we receive orders from seamless, they are delivery drivers so we wait until the person is in store to start the order. Besides, it only takes 70 seconds". This was WRONG on so many levels. One, I am not a delivery person. I am a customer who always uses seamless to order food. Second, it is outright WRONG for PAPI to brand all orders that come via seamless as delivery orders and begin them once the person is physically present. Third, the girl, whose attitude read, "the customer is NOT always right" ,outright lied because The pizza was not ready in 70 seconds. Dissatisfied, I spoke to the manager. He reiterated what the girl with the attitude said. He said they do that because customers complain that by the time their food is delivered, everything is cold. I repeated to him that I am not a delivery person and they need to find a better way because it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. He never apologized for the inconvenience. In fact, his advise was to call the store directly next time or use papi.com. WHAT?? What if i don't want to call and speak with anyone? What if I don't want to use your site because I always use seamless and all of my information is already prefilled? Instead of making the process easy, he offered obstacles. If that wasn't bad enough, the OWNER was seated 20feet away, eating, and on his phone. Hey PAPI Owner, here is some advice;find a better way to cater to online orders. Instead of investing in giant posters of yourself, invest in customer service training for you and your staff. Shame on PAPI.

I started going to Papi' during the pandemic. Everything has been perfect. Here's how I feel so far after a several visits: - Great phone etiquette. I'm met with good customer service every time I call. Online ordering is also easy and the rewards are pretty cool. - Papi' seems to be handling the pandemic really well. Measures are safe and reasonable. Curbside pickup is very accommodating. - The food is well made and consistent. No mistakes in order fulfillment. I'm not a pizza connoisseur, but I like it a lot. If I had any complaints, I would say that the online menu can be weird if you're not familiar with Italian food. While some of the dishes have images and descriptions, others do not. This makes exploring the menu for a noob like me a little tedious. I understand this is super nitpicky. I'm a big fan of Papi' -- it's great.

I love ordering from Papi'. Amazing and excellent quality food. I can't believe this place has been around and I didn't even notice it was a block away from my building. For reference we ordered the Margarita pizza with truffle oil cauliflower crust, lasagna, Margarita pizza truffle oil added pepperoni and mushrooms toppings and mozzarella sticks. It arrived warm and it was so delicious. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. I definitely highly recommend ordering from Papi' if your in the White Plains area! So yummy!

Delicious and authentic truly Italian food. An incredible value.

Delicious pizza. They serve personal pizzas in generous proportions. The pizza dough is chewy (neither hard, nor undercooked) and well-seasoned. I like the sauce as well, but because I am picky with pizza crusts, this has to be one of my lifetime favorites. It's definitely my favorite in Westchester. The only negative is that there's no convenient parking at this location, but the pizza is worth it!
