Went to the mall with wife. When leaving, she wanted to take out small egg drop soup and a half of chicken lettuce wrap. Almost $20!
Came in, told the hostess the choice and ordered. Time was 4:30pm ET, restaurant's empty - 1 or 2 seated diners. We're in the lobby, waiting for the food. Half an hour later, I'm loosing my patience. Getting up, pacing up and down the vestibule, nobody is reacting. At some point, some guy emerges from the kitchen and asks what we are there for... 30 seconds later he brings out our bag, which was probably sitting there for 20+ mins.
No apologies, no nothing. SHAMEFUL. And the soup was watery and tastless. We'll be back. Never.
