Decent pizzeria. Although I've had a couple of different kinds of pizza at Planet Pizza, I've never had anything from their dinner or lunch menu. For some reason the pizza isn't as good as it used to be.

I placed an order for pick up, it was friday night july 18th. I came to pick up my order shortly after. The guy making the pizza completely ignored me, a young bigger guy wearing a black hat with a mustache. I looked at him and said I'm picking up - completely ignored as if I'm not even there. He definitely heard me as I was 2 feet from him.
he continued to do other things until another guy came to help me. The pizza was already ready, sitting on top of the oven. It was not hard to just hand it over.
The pizza was OK (it's not the best pizza around - but I got no complaints) but the service and disregard is just not necessary.
if you are busy and cannot help a customer - no problem. Just say so. Say I'll be right there or someone is coming to help. I understand it's friday night and you're working but maybe it's just not the job for you then. Do not completely ignore someone when they are talking to you it's dehumanizing and it's just pizza, no need to be rude.

A good variety of hero sandwiches. Try the meatball. Love their Sicilian pies. Pastas are fresh and tasty. Very little seating. Best to take out.

This place feels like a dingy Bronx basement—no charm, just disappointment. I tried two slices: the chicken was dry and tasted days old, and the other slice was straight-up bad. The dough was undercooked and soggy, like they rushed it. Honestly, save yourself the regret and drive just a mile (literally 3 minutes) to *Flames Woodfired Pizza* instead. It's worth the extra trip.

This place is hit or miss. I often order online to pick up, but the quality of the food is not consistent. Right now I am having a Grilled Chicken (+$5) Caesar’s salad where they forgot to add the chicken. Sometimes the buffalo wings have no sauce. And the individual slices are often aged and stale. They are close to my home so running to pick up is convenient, but so disappointing when you get home and realize the food is sub-par.

Both the owner and the manager have been observed engaging in actions that undercut the rights of employees, particularly in relation to the hourly wage rate on their check. Despite clear legal guidelines governing compensation, it appears that workers are underpaid the hourly rate, which is not only unfair but also illegal. This will be notified to the Department of Labor to ensure the rights of the workers are protected and that proper compensation practices are followed in the future.
