I’ve been a customer at the white plains locations since the restaurant opened!! Tonight I placed an online order and when I receipt the full order wasn’t there. I contacted the restaurant just in case maybe something was left out by accident the cashier who answered the phone was extremely nasty telling me she put everything in the bag. I told her I was On my way so she can see what u received in my bags. Upon arrival the young lady was extremely rude rolling her eyes asking what would I like for her to do. The cook was nice enough to replace what was missing. As per the cashier she just threw my items in the bag and continue to be nasty. The last thing a customer should have to deal with is bad customer service after spending a nice amount of money and not having their full order!

We’ve been having a rough week and needed some comfort food so we wanted to stop by one of the first places we randomly tried when moving to the area a few years ago. We each got the 10 piece boneless wings and made them curly fry combos. I got the honey bbq and my bf got the oriental sesame. Both flavors were really good and portions were pretty large! We called ahead and the order was ready in about 10 mins. The inside isn’t necessarily not nice, but it’s not really a place I’d want to hang out for a while. I’d recommend ordering and taking it to go. Overall the food was really good and the service was quick so I’d definitely go back!

I was highly disappointed I placed my order in person cashier told me it will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes I waited in the car I came back in the restaurant 20 minutes order was ready went back in the car to wait went back 10 minutes later still wasn’t ready then hispanic lady that was bagging the orders yelled out if I placed my order in person the wait will be half an hour until an hour I told her if I was told that when I first placed my order I would of took my business elsewhere. The cashier that rang my order in did go to the back and got my order. But that woman was rude and not a professional at her job speaking to a customer like that. Also i asked for cheese on the side was nit in my bag and I didn’t notice until I was home ?

The gourmet garlic is amazing! They always fry my wings right! The service is awesome too! The lady at the front during the week when I go is always polite and friendly.

carmen was amazing best customer service I've ever received. she should be acknowledged for her hard work and customer friendliness. food is amazing and for the price you cant beat it.
Went in last evening, placed a take out order of 20 wings. Waited for 15 minutes while they prepare my food. 15 min later at home all the wings were cold and dry with the sauce slightly warmer. Why did I have to wait for 15 min (the place didn't look busy at that time) when they just gave me those wings that had been sitting there for hours? Cheated and not going back.

I am writing this review to make everyone aware to not order anything from Planet Wings in white plains the supervisor which I wish would have provided her name was so unprofessional and not helpful at all. Even with seeing to have my food delivered she stated they are unable and I should come pick it up, we’ll ma’am the whole purpose of ordering was that I’m at work. Maybe there are not use to having a big order but even if my food was left in the driver car it still falls under Planet Wings fault. No accommodation other then to say well you will give my $7.00 back, you do that and also will send review.

This food has improved 100% over the last year or so, its delicious. I ran into a small issue and Jule(i may have misspelled his name) handled it perfectly. The customer service of both the staff and management as well as the flavor of food made by the cooks is what gives this Planet Wings 5 stars.
