With help from Morgan in the catering and events team, I planned a Celebration of Life for my recently deceased wife at Sam's Hathaway Hall starting at 1 pm July 16, 2026. For food, we chose a selection from the all day brunch menu and several passed hors d'oeuvres - all very good. I prepared a slide show of photos from my wife's life and a Spotify playlist of her favorite music. About 80 people attended. Elizabeth's serving team provided warm, efficient hospitality. The monitor displayed the slide show, the music played softly, the podium mike projected the speakers' memories and sentiments clearly. Excellent. I thank Sam's of Gedney Way for making such a beautiful event.

I have not been there in a long time that being said the food was OK not what I remember, our service was good ,atmosphere was good ,a bit warm due to air conditioning malfunction..

It was our first time at this restaurant and the food was great. The server was very nice she waited on us and made sure we had water in our cup. We finished dinner and desert and we were not rushed out and were able to sit there with our friends and talk.

I’d like to take just a few minutes to thank you all again for providing us with a lovely baby shower experience this past Saturday. All of the staff who served us were so unobtrusive, kind, pleasant, and professional, one could not ask for more. Every food item that I tried was delicious, including specifically the croissants, Caesar salad, potatoes, vegetables, French toast, and quiche…not to leave out the Bellini’s! Sad to say I did not get any chicken, but I was also running around like a chicken with my head cut off!
A number of guests related their same high opinions to me. The food was so superb that I am planning to return with my partner to enjoy private dining experience with you.

I hosted a surprise Circus themed 30th birthday party for my daughter that was truly wonderful. I worked with Christine to select the perfect menu / room layout / bar selection too complement the theme. She was very accommodating to all my requests. We were in the beautiful Hathaway room .Faye and her team were on site the night of the event and everything was perfect! They all were on their A game! The parking lot has a direct entrance and elevator for easy access. All guests from 1-91 had a great time! I highly recommend you consider them for you next event.
