Valet parking was wonderful since they have lots on either side of the restaurant (parking in White Plains can be difficult). Very attentive staff, cocktails were delicious as were our dinners (we were 8). The swordfish and branzino were cooked to perfection. My only dissatisfaction, albeit slight, were the fried calamari. They were a bit tough and not hot. Looking forward to our next visit.

Service was abysmal. We were seated promptly, and offered (and provided) water within a couple minutes but it took 10 minutes before anyone came back to ask if needed anyting .... We asked for menus. Right... 10 minutes and we had to *ask* for menus - which was only food. No wine/drink list provided. It was another 15 minutes before we could get anyone to take our order. Once food was ordered, the rest of service was fine, until we had to find someone to bring us the check. They didn't seem understaffed, but they seemed to be focused one larger table (10-top maybe), and fawned over a table that was clearly a regular. Food was fine, no complaints there, but nothing to write home about. Sound/noise - it's a small place so a few tables made it a little loud but not unreasonable. But they kept playing with the volume of the background music.

Great menu selection and friendly staff! This was my first visit, and I enjoyed everything. We started with the octopus and minestrone for appetizers — both were excellent. Our entrées were the halibut and the Assumbco specials, and they were outstanding. I'll definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing service and food! I did not know such a gem existed in White Plains. The food is truly impeccable. The dessert is wonderful as well. We tried the other Italian restaurant on the same street and it did not even compare to Sapori. Don’t waste your time on anything else and make sure to eat here! Shoutout to Zakaria, his service is truly amazing!! We will be back for more.

A beautiful hidden gem in White Plains. What really stood out to me was the service. I've always had friendly service at other places but the staff here went above and beyond. Extremely personable and warm from the moment we walked in to when we walked out. It gave us the impression that we were visiting extended family as opposed to just going out for dinner. I woudl highly recommend if you are in the area.

As always, superb. Great staff, friendly , professional and always ready to serve with a smile. Food is never disappointing. Ample portions and delicious. We never feel rushed and are often checked on to see if we need anything. I highly recommend this restaurant and know you will be pleased.
