It’s been almost 20 years since I’ve last eaten hear. Decided to visit the galleria for nostalgia sake and was glad to see this place was still poppin’ even though the galleria itself was pretty dead and will permanently close in March of 2023. I’ve always been hesitant to order chicken teriyaki from any take out because I’ve always been chasing the flavor and style from this place. Glad to be able to grab a bite to eat here, one last time. Hope they re-open somewhere in Manhattan in the future.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a double chicken and a person after me ordered a regular chicken order. They gave that person and I the same amount of chicken but charged me more. I asked if they can give more chicken because it is unfair that someone is getting the same amount as me and I paid for extra. Employee started yelling at me in front of everyone instead of just talking to me like a normal person. Will never come back here again.

I usually stop in twice a month for a mediocre meal of chicken and white rice, but today's food was disgusting. The chicken tasted so foul that I had to spit it out. Never again.

Portions have gotten smaller, but if I’m being honest I only go to this horrible mall to get some teriyaki chicken since it’s so good and filling.

So this was the place to go for me for many years. Love the fresh tasty food. Due to covid in 2019 - 2020 I stopped coming even thou they opened in 2020. In 2021 stopped by in Feb, and notice that it was new people working and when they place the food in the tray the amount of course was much less. Today, in July 2021 I went again for lunch. I asked for their famous chicken teriyaki with noodles. Which that is my favorite. Its either with noodles or rice. The lady ahead of me ordered the same but with shrimp. When my food was ready I was also ready to cave into my food. Once I took a bite of the chicken had the shrimp taste. It felt/tasted yuck.... thinking about it they did not was the spatulas they only scrapped the cooking area. It was the worst. I don't think I will go their again. They did not pay attention cleaning details like this. Was not happy with my lunch today, but had to eat it. Hope your visit is better than mine.

the only reason I go to the mall is because I want to eat some of the chicken teriyaki. I recommend it. their food is very good and delicious.

I loved going to this place but recently they changed the portion size. Its smaller than it was before. So they are charging you for the same price for little food.

I have been to this place in many different malls across the tri-state area. this is my favorite because the portions are humongous and the food is made fresh in front of you I requested extra vegetables which I received at no charge I watch them make the chicken teriyaki and I had a special order about the amount of teriyaki sauce which they gladly prepared for me I would highly recommend you trying out this Japanese fast food restaurant
