Excellent service , lots of menu options , good food and very reasonable. Exactly what we wanted pre- performance .
The last time we ate here two years ago it was an unrewarding experience. Glad to say yesterday's was much, much better experience. The food was very good and served in a timely manner. There was six of us and all got exactly what we ordered. The waitress was excellent, making sure we were enjoying our meals. The price was very reasonable. I thought I was taking a risk going back but was genuinely impressed with the restaurant and the meal.
I reserved Serafina for “brunch” on OpenTable. My reservation was made for 11:30am on a Saturday, and when we got to the restaurant, we were told that they don't “open” until noon. I thought it was odd in the beginning because if the restaurant wasn't open until noon why would you open a spot on Open Table? But I brushed it off because at least we were seated. I was there for brunch with a group of girls, however, when we attempted to order, we were told that they were NO LONGER OFFERING THEIR BRUNCH MENU which at that point was still on their website! Our hostess said she could ask the kitchen if they have the ingredients and could make the brunch menu items. I wanted something super simple like their steak and eggs, and my friend had wanted the truffle omelette. We were both told that the kitchen could not make those dishes and that we only had the lunch menu to choose from. When we finally got our order in, it took a while before the food came out, and from that moment on, that was the LAST time we saw our hostess. The restaurant was not busy at all. We were seated by the kitchen, and around the corner of the restaurant we could only see ONE other table. It was IMPOSSIBLE to get the attention of any serving staff. A table that sat down beside us later on, had to get up TWICE to go hunt down a serving staff to place their order and to see if they could come and collect the plates. We had to call for a server TWICE before we got someone to bring us the check. The worst of it all? FLIES!!! my friends and I were there for about 3 hours during which we were ATTACKED by flies zipping around us, our food and plates, and we were all constantly swatting them out of our faces and hair. It was AWFUL. I've been to Serafina a bunch of times in NYC, and have never had a more miserable experience. I hope management will take a serious hard look at the restaurant's operations and hygiene, because this was not an enjoyable dining experience.
Good food, good service. The overall dining experience was good, though I was surprised to learn that this Serafina location does not accept InKind. Therefore, I will return to dining at the Serafina in Scarsdale because the Serafina Scarsdale location accpets InKind, and the parking is easier.
We booked for a graduation celebration ... food was amazing and they accommodated a large party .
I had a reservation for Mother's Day and was surprised to find the menu was predetermined with no prior notice. My mother who has dietary restrictions had limited options and I looked everywhere online prior to booking this reservation to make sure this is the right one. Our appetizer arrived promptly, but her coffee took 30 minutes, requiring a reminder. After waiting an hour and a half for our entrée, we found our server returning from a break with a Starbucks cup, and changed clothes. When we inquired about our order, she seemed unaware it had been served. We requested our meals to go due to time constraints, and the manager wished us a pleasant Mother's Day without offering an apology. The food was good, but the overall experience was not great due to bad service.
I usually like their service, but this instance was Easter Day, so likely they were light on staff and I am not going to judge much. The welcome bread was old and broken. They forgot to bring ordered drink until i reminded them. Overall they were rushed.
We were able to get a table on Easter Sunday for a late lunch. I would definitely recommend the spinach ravioli the sauce was a delicious addition. Perhaps our server was new, she seemed inexperienced, but the rest of the staff was excellent, and it was a holiday so we sort of just went with the flow for that reason. For a group, it was a good choice.
The food is average, nothing spectacular. Service was a bit slow but since we weren't in a rush it didn't matter too much. Take care if you park on the street. I got a $25 parking ticket. Be sure you read the signs carefully.
Always a good meal! The salmon was cooked to perfection. The vegetable , spaghetti squash has lots of vegetables in a light tomato sauce- very filling .

A solid Italian restaurant in White Plains. We asked for a relatively quite table on a Saturday evening and they were accommodating.
Service was a bit slow. Food was fair. There are a bunch of Serafinas all over NYC as well, so that probably tells you what to expect. It's OK but sort of expensive considering
The food was very tasty. I had the spinach ravioli. Our waitress must have been having a rough day because she did not smile at all and seemed to have an edge when interacting with us. Not a big problem, but not an enhancement.
We were seated immediately upon arrival. Our server was amazing and funny. Very attentive. Thank you for Making Christmas Eve great!
Really bad service, had to beg for water or for them to take our order… overpriced for the area
