I usually like their service, but this instance was Easter Day, so likely they were light on staff and I am not going to judge much. The welcome bread was old and broken. They forgot to bring ordered drink until i reminded them. Overall they were rushed.
The food is average, nothing spectacular. Service was a bit slow but since we weren't in a rush it didn't matter too much. Take care if you park on the street. I got a $25 parking ticket. Be sure you read the signs carefully.
Always a good meal! The salmon was cooked to perfection. The vegetable , spaghetti squash has lots of vegetables in a light tomato sauce- very filling .
A solid Italian restaurant in White Plains. We asked for a relatively quite table on a Saturday evening and they were accommodating.
Service was a bit slow. Food was fair. There are a bunch of Serafinas all over NYC as well, so that probably tells you what to expect. It's OK but sort of expensive considering
The food was very tasty. I had the spinach ravioli. Our waitress must have been having a rough day because she did not smile at all and seemed to have an edge when interacting with us. Not a big problem, but not an enhancement.
We were seated immediately upon arrival. Our server was amazing and funny. Very attentive. Thank you for Making Christmas Eve great!
Really bad service, had to beg for water or for them to take our order… overpriced for the area

I asked up front when I made the reservation for a quiet table for a business dinner for 4. The host reiterated this when I arrived first . There was no one else in the restaurant for almost an hour, but we were seated across from the bar where the bar tender and one “customer” were yelling and very boisterous the entire time. Terrible.
We had our son’s graduation celebration in there it was our first time,we were happy with our choice, yummy food and excellent customer service!

When my party arrived we were seated promptly. They have several vegetarian pasta and salad options to choose from. I had the ravioli Alla Salvia, which was well made. Overall the food was good. Service on the other hand - I had ordered a soft drink with my lunch. Which never arrived. The place was clean and well maintained, and not noisy. Overall a good dining experience.

I've been to Serafina twice now for family celebrations, and each visit has been wonderful. The staff is always attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. It's a big plus that they have bilingual workers, ensuring smooth communication for everyone.
The food at Serafina is consistently delicious. I highly recommend trying the Bolognese – it's a standout dish. Don't miss out on having a latte with your dessert either; it's the perfect ending to a great meal.
Serafina is also a fantastic date spot, with its cozy ambiance and excellent service. Looking forward to many more visits!
