Shake Shack The Westchester Mall

I bought a burger & nuggets with fries. The burger was uncooked with pink meat inside of it when I told them specifically Well Done! The nuggets tasted stale 🤮 this is my last time buying from this shake shack , whoever they got cooking needs to be investigated this is outrageous.

Probably the slowest shake shack i’ve ever been to. They literally have no sense of urgency and to top it all off they complete drinks first which includes shakes so your drinks are just left to melt and dilute while you wait 30 minutes for your food

People are all rude and take their time with everything. I got my burger bun all burned and black it was flaking. No thank you. Only good when one person makes it

Condiments were hella thick and not edible. This was the case for all 3 burgers. Service was subpar. Waited at the pickup area and not once did the staff ask if I was being helped.

35 minutes to get a small order. Should tell people the wait time before they order. Very disorganized

shake shack is my favorite fast food place but this location is the absolute worst I have ever been to. The amount of time that I have to wait for my food as one person is infuriating. The workers, Dilly Dally over-the-counter CONSTANTLY and do not care to assist you. I recently waited for a popping pearl DRINK for 10-15 minutes. I eventually saw my drink waiting behind a machine over-the-counter and I had to ask one of the workers for my drink instead of them, handing it to me like they were supposed to. It is very rare if I see more than two people putting together orders at this location. not to mention, there are always new workers and the service is still the same. I come to this location all the time because it is the most local for me and I always wonder why I even bothered in the first place. everyone i know says the same thing. it has been this way for years… extremely disappointing.

I came in here even after reading the bad reviews, I still took a chance. I figure if I say well-done I wouldn’t get raw meat. I have an extremely low immune system after an organ transplant so I always ask for it well done anyway. To my surprise one of the burgers was raw. My daughter’s burger was well-done and mine completely raw just like one of the pictures of the reviews I had read before coming here. I couldn’t believe it. I took it back and no one even said I’m sorry about that, nothing. My order said both well-done. They took the raw burgers and threw it out. I left for a second to check on my daughter and came back thinking I would have a well-done burger and instead they ask me if I wanted another one or my refund? Why didn’t they ask me that while I was standing there? I had to ask for a refund and left starving because I wasn’t going to wait 30 more minutes for a burger. I am actually typing this as my daughters eats hers.

I ordered food online and went to pick it up, but ended up waiting around 20 minutes. The staff seemed inattentive and unconcerned about customers they were in the back laughing and chatting while I stood waiting for my order. It really felt like they didn’t care about providing good service.

*Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else* Manger Chi made sure that our experience will be terrible . She has a disgusting attitude towards customers and she is extremely rude talking to us like we are trash! Her behavior is as low as it gets! Change of management is needed asap!

I ordered frozen custard and they gave me a extremely small portion. I paid $5 for two little scoops of average custard. This was the photo I took after eating one scoop. As you can tell the scoops are a big rip off for paying $5. I pay less than $5 for a big jug of ice cream at the grocery store.

So I ordered yesterday around 7 something at night upon arriving no one Was even at the register I asked is anybody taking orders and someone came out from the back with a mop to take my order .. after waiting I finally got my order didn’t think to open it or nothing because shake shack is my usual and I don’t have any issues well this location I did upon getting back to my home area I started to eat my burger I wondered why I was getting a bad stomach feeling while eating it I look down and my burger is RAW ! Upon calling back no one answered or anything here I am day 1 throwing up & bad stomach ache THANKS SHAKE SHACK

The worker told me to pay after the store was closed . I waited 15 minutes , the same worker told me that since I order a minute after the store closed that the store didn’t get my order
