This is the second time I ate at Shiki Sushi and Yakitori. First time, I came with my friends, who live a block away, for lunch.
This time I came with my family. We had many special requests. Not only did they carefully honor every one, the food was fast, delicious and served with a friendly and positive attitude, despite the fact that one of my kids was having a moment.
The food is great, service even better. They clearly care about their customers, and serving high quality food, which might explain why people who live here love this place.

Fresh tasting, well prepared. Enjoyed the sushi rolls, sashimi, hamachi kana, gyoza. Fried rice was the only thing that really didn’t have much flavor. Server was very nice and tried to be helpful.

Nice and quiet atmosphere, parking situation is always decent as long as you have the white plains app and utilize it until 9 pm. Both versions of the yellow tail was delicious, I recommend trying the roll and the sushi itself. I'm not a fan of crunch, but it wasn't that noticable. The house sake was very good, great way to finish up the palate after a good meal. The best quality about this place was the customer service, no shortage of respectable people treating you well in a nice establishment.
Parking: More or less depending on the white plains parking app. It's an hour at a time max for 1:50, but uses quarters only unless you download the app.

Ordered from Grub Hub, but came over here to say how good the delivery was. I’m in Bville and it arrived HOT AND FRESH on top and cool on the bottom. They did a great job packing it so the sushi was cold and the hibachi was hot and they were separated well!
And the food was VERY good. My only complaint was the hibachi shrimp was overdone but that was probably the “resting” in sauce on the delivery trip.
But everything else was very good.

Absolutely love this place, my boyfriend and I wanted sushi and we found this place on google, we went there for dinner one night and we have been back to it since then. Amazing fresh and delicious food, and most importantly the service is beyond amazing, they greet you with such kindness and are very attentive of you.
