I came in around 8:40 and the restaurant staff was already cleaning up, despite a 10 o’clock closing time. They took about 15 minutes to produce my food, despite me being the only customer in the place. After I had left, I found out that they had not included the french fries that I had ordered. I strongly recommend that you do not go here.
Follow-up: I decided to take the time to file a review, as the owner recommended. The Smashburger system won't recognize a complaint that doesn't have a receipt. Because the staff at this restaurant did not give me a receipot, I couldn't get a refund. Thanks for screwing me again Smashburger.

The food is extremely delicious only if they make it correctly. I ordered build your own, double patty burger with lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapeño and 3types of sauces and cheese
I got a single burger patty with no lettuce no onion, no cheese, also it barely had sauce it was too dry.
On top of that they took a while to prepare it. They are extremely understaffed and they should pay attention to what they bring out to customers and also on time while it is hot. Whole point of dining in to have warm food.

Horrible service - I ordered over $50 in food that never arrived, and when I called the restaurant they said they’re not responsible for anything once food is handed off to the courier, when I ordered through their website and NOT a third party delivery service. That would be fair IF they didn’t offer delivery options on their own website.
Why even offer a delivery option on your website when it’s not reliable?
