The food is always fresh and delicious and they are always updating the menu. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. The young lady was so nice and accommodating. The place itself was cute, clean and had a beachy vibe to it. I am always jumping to go back. One of my favorite places.

First time here and probably won’t be back. We ordered a 24oz peanut butter and banana smoothie and Açaí smoothie. Açaí smoothie was decent but the peanut butter and banana smoothie was warm. Yes a warm smoothie, on a 90° end of summer day. We mentioned it to the girl and she said that the bananas aren’t frozen and that’s probably why it was warm, but you don’t use ice? One decent and one warm 24oz smoothie came to $28. Crazy! One and done for us.

The service was friendly enough and reasonably fast, however I probably won't be back soon.First off, it feels overpriced at around $15 for what is essentially an 8 ounce smoothie with some granola on the bottom and fruit on top.The worst part, however, was the horribly unripe mangos which should never have been used. It was essentially like chewing flavorless rocks. Practically inedible.Don't serve unripe fruit to paying customers. Substitute it with something else.

We visited on Sunday evening, August 20, 2023. First impression - our presence seemed like a bother. Can't explain it but it's just a feeling you get. The gals who work weekdays are welcoming and very sweet. As we placed our order, we mentioned that my husband is allergic to strawberries and asked instead for "a few extra blueberries." Sorry we asked as that came with a price tag of $1.50 for extra blueberries! When questioned, we got an abrupt response "no substitutions." We don't believe that qualifies as a "substitution" but we are all schooled differently. A second extra charge on our receipt was $0.85 for bananas I asked for in place of blueberries. Last time I checked, bananas are cheaper by the pound than blueberries. But, again back to the "no substitutions" rule. Geez... I should have asked for my blueberries back so I could have given them to my husband, lol!. These bowls are quite expensive and with "extras" added in, this place is a total rip off. Next time, we'll join the 20 others on the Ralph's Italian Ices line and let this establishment right next door continue to wonder why no one is ever in there.

kind of a rip off. i ordered an original açaí bowl, but with banana only and they gave me barely any banana. i didn't get strawberries or blueberries but still paid the same price for 1/3 of the fruit.

Love coming here after walking at the kensico dam. Their bowls are always fresh and always taste delicious.
The bowls are amazing. We shared a classic size green bowl and it was packed with fresh fruit and had plenty granola to give it a really nice texture. We will definitely be back for a super yummy & healthy treat. The service was very friendly.

idk how they do it, but their smoothies have the best texture around! Love coming here and grabbing a smoothie and a waffle for breakfast/lunch. Everything is so yummy! I wish they still sold Laurel's Peanut Butter though! Esp the rainbow cookie one around the holidays. Addicting!
