Staff is disrespectful and location is not well managed. Ordered a latte via mobile and had to wait 35min for it because only one barista was working. Felt bad for the barista at first for being so overwhelmed but his attitude was nasty to customers, as if it was our fault that orders were backed up. Will not go back to this location for sure.

Truly the WORST starbucks i have ever been to. Service is incredibly slow I waited 45 min for 2 drinks . Staff is super obnoxious, rude and unprofessional as well, when I got my drinks I kindly asked if they could give me a pup cup for my dog which is just a free small cup with whip cream that I have always received in other locations without a problem, even when the store is busy . After waiting for almost an hour they literally roll their eyes at me and tell me I need to remake the line all over again . The baristas stand around and talk without caring about their customers time or drinks. The store is just an overall mess.

Has to be the worst SBUX globally. Regularly out of food. So understaffed that it takes up to 1/2 hour (if not more) to place your order and get it. Today, there was only one person who was working the register, taking orders and making the drinks. Half the food case/display was empty! Amazing - can’t make a business any worse than this!

This Starbucks is like one of those gimmick restaurants where the servers are rude, except here it is not a joke. The worst Starbucks I’ve been to with the rudest baristas. Milk tastes sour and food case is dirty (and empty).Corporate should take notice of this location.

A girl with black hair, I'm pretty sure she is Hispanic and her name is Emily, ignored me when I was telling her that my drink was made terribly. When asked if she’ll remake it she just didn’t respond, then made it and didn’t say anything. She was very rude and stared at me and my family as if we were crazy. Terrible attitude and service from her.

Terrible. a person taking my order was so beyond rude. Then waited an HOUR to get my 1 drink. On top of this, they didn't have whipped cream which is my favorite part. Do not go here. complete waste of time.

This starbucks is terribleee! Can never get an order right and the service is slowws. I work in the mall and if you ask any worker, they will tell you the same. Fire everyone including the manager and revamp the store! People that work in the mall have been waiting for a Starbucks to reopen for so long and when it finally happens, we get this mess. I was desperate today and went to get the seasonal iced pumpkin chai latte and of course, the drink is terrible, waste of seven dollars.

I never write reviews but this Starbucks was awful. Most rude employees ever. I grabbed the wrong drink, sipped it once and apologized and told the girl. the attitude she gave me was unreal when she moved my actual drink in front of me and grabbed the one I accidentally took back. They weren't even busy. Please check yourself girl

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Tried paying with cash but the lady at the register kept demanding exact change. Overall the drink itself was fine, but the girl who rung me up made my experience terrible.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Twice in the last week they ran out of food and didn't notify me via email or through the app that the items in my order were canceled/out of stock. Then they had no whip cream for my Frappuccino, and again didn't notify me prior to me picking up my order they didn't have two of the ingredients to complete said order. They also didn't put it in the appropriate cup, for which I was I was charged, and to top it off, they had no straws to drink my Frappuccino. So I had to try to sip the thick slushy through a tiny hole that is typically used to serve lattes. To make matters worse, the cashier claimed that I would be reimbursed for the food item that they was out of stock, and that I should see the refund to my Starbucks card within 24 hours. That was a lie. I now have to call customer service yet again to get a refund for items that I should've gotten a refund for at the moment. The cashiers should also, just maybe, stay off of their phones while working? I don't know, just a thought.
