The service i received today was horrible it paid for grande and the cup wasn't even filled to the top why pay so much and i dont get what I paid for. I m not going back to this location anymore ... and the cashier was not nice she seem like she didn't have any patience while I was placing my order

Extremely rude staff. Annabel decided to lecture customers on “pick up and leave” requirements of this Starbucks. I pay for a Starbucks everyday of the week. I hope this store is not an example of Starbucks’s new personality?

My Mobil-order which is the same everywhere else was made horribly at this location too!

As of lately, I’ve been disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. The quality of the drinks has really been a hit or miss depending on who makes them. I feel the employees, especially those preparing the drinks, should focus more on both time management and accuracy. I completely understand it gets busy, but that shouldn’t justify drinks tasting watered down, key ingredients missing or flavorless.

Each time I visit, I leave disappointed with my drink — with the exception of one barista who consistently gets it right (the gentleman with the nose septum piercing). Big shoutout to him for taking the time to make drinks properly. That level of consistency should be the standard for everyone, not just one person.

On a positive note, the food and atmosphere are good. The store is clean, utensils are well stocked, and I’ve never had an issue with staff being rude. Everyone is polite, which I truly appreciate.

Overcrowded, understaffed. The staff is overwhelmed and rude. You will wait for your black coffee for 40 minutes and then leave without it.

This spot is very conveniently located. They have parking nearby and they have a pick up window.

They recently renovated this location; it's a bit smaller now but it's less busy since it's a pick up only location.

I love their caramel macchiatos, hot chocolate, marshmallow bars and graham crackers.

I'd highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

I am so disappointed and stopped walking there for a while because they consistently forget about my order. I decided to order again here after a long time because it is the closest location, and they literally forgot my order again- well late for work. I ordered Matcha Lavander Latte ice and I served diluted and not well mixed matcha (had to finish mixing matcha at home). Very disappointed with this location.
