It's a real shame that this Starbucks establishment isn't better than it is because it's in a prime location - right smack in the middle of downtown White Plains. It's literally the only business on the plaza space, which is on a corner and it shares with benches & the fountain, as well as the end of Mamaroneck Avenue. The glass structure is appealing. However, the actual efficiency is poor!
It is quite small, so do not go here if your intention...

The parking is tough fyi. It is a small spot with no seats. Drinks come out fast and hot. Service is friendly. No complaints with the operation but location is tough if you are driving.

Testing fall beverages!!!!! I was excited to try an Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte, if you love Chai with a hint of flavor and touch of spice this is something worth trying. It's cold, creamy and tasty. I'm looking forward to tasting the other fall drinks.
