I always order from this Subway and there is one man who is awesome at his job and makes pick up orders plus walk ins with no issues and if he runs a little behind, he'll offer a free item for the wait. However, there is this one lady Latin who is so slow at making walk ins plus pick ups. I placed my order on July 22nd to be picked up by my brother at 12:40PM so he can be back in time for my lunch break and no lie this lady ignored him and made him wait almost 35-40 min to get our order. She even talked bad about him in Spanish with another customer she was helping & acted surprise when my brother understood what she said about him. She then gave him our order but didn't even hand it to him just like plop it on the counter and no sorry or anything or offer a free item for the wait. Plus on top of that she is really sucks at making the sandwiches, doesn't make it with love and care. She is the worse! If i could just rate her I would!
