T-swirl Crepe - White Plains

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This place is a scam. I ordered two ice creams and two crème brûlées. The ice cream came in a ketchup cup for 5 dollars each. The crème brûlée came in a container smaller than a baby food jar and was actually disgusting. It was watery, no crunch on top whatsoever, separating and inedible by the time we received it. The restaurant and delivery service refuse to compensate me for the $30 I wasted on this garbage.

Mango sago is amazing!!

The staff was extremely rude today and on some previous occasions. When you request no yogurt for example they start yelling at you sometimes saying it's not an option. One of the servers got very rude about it. Never coming here again

Extremely poor service. We had to wait for over an hour to get bad quality boba tea. Our order number was 273 but 284 was served before they got to making 273.

T-Swirl Crêpe in White Plains is special for my family — it’s the very location that first got us hooked on Japanese-style crepes. Every time we visit White Plains, this spot is a must-stop, and sometimes we even make a trip just for their crepes. Whenever we see a T-swirl anywhere else, we would also try it without hesitation.

Despite being part of a chain, this location consistently impresses. Whether you order sweet or savory, every crepe is made with care and delivers way beyond expectations. The flavors are well-balanced, the fillings are generous, and the crepe itself has that perfect light, chewy texture that keeps you coming back. Notice though, comparing to warm and soft French crepes, this is more crispy and also cold.

A place that truly makes you appreciate how good a simple crepe can be.

Mostly pick up from this place , I don't like to stay there , atmosphere doesn't invite me but I highly recommend this for crepes, I do usually get the fruit cocktail is my favorite!!!
