Great food, always 20 minute wait, even if they are empty. But well worth it!

Took over 45 minutes to get our order. For some reason they kept doing the mobile orders before people at the restaurant. And after 45 minutes after going up to them they told us what we ordered they didn’t have. Horrible service

I been eating at T-swirl since they first open on 14th street in manhattan and I been obsessed since then. Today was the worse I ever received. I was watching the lady make it she was berry putting anything in usually they put 2 strivers this lady didn’t and you can tell. I am so upset because I drive quite a while to get this. I am so mad and sad because this is one of the places I go weekly and I still love it but after today I don’t know if is worth it they becoming cheep.

This place never disappoints. Every time I've been there, the crepes have been excellent, and the ingredients are always fresh. You have to try it!

Staff is very attentive. Crepes are out of this world and there is a lot of variety.

I love the sweet crapes. The teas are also delicious. My boyfriend loves the angus short rib one. He is obsessed with it. The place is small but they are pretty fast.

Casual no frills dining spot, tried it for lunch today, wanted to try a place my kids would enjoy as a new experience! There are a few tables and you can order at the counter, or via ordering tablets next to the counter or via phone by scanning the QR code. The presentation is awesome, there are a couple of circular cones for the crepes at each table in lieu of plates. My kids devoured the strawberry nutella crepes which were 10/10 amazing. I was in the mood for something savory so I had the spicy crab crepe, 8/10 not really that spicy but good overall! I couldn’t finish it it’s definitely a decent size and this girl can eat! We also tried their milk boba teas (lychee & mango) which were decent, my kid loved the mango one! They also have Ramune Japanese drinks for purchase. Overall had a great lunch here and would def visit again to try something else from their extensive menu. Spent around $50 with drinks so not bad for 3 people!

I love them, they are delicious.
Update April 2024:The young man at the register is extremely attentive. I checked the menu and noticed they have two new sweet flavors. Couldn’t resist to try them out. Will be coming back!I used to come to this place most of the time. I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore. Mind you, the hours online says until 10:30 Sunday-Thursday. So I walked in and one of the employees says “picking up?” I said “no”. She instantly said “OK BYE”. I’ve never encountered any service like that. As soon as I’m trying to tell her “the hours are wrong” she just kept saying “OK BYE”. The service has downgraded, very very rude customer service.
