Paid for my and my friend's meal with my credit card and they LOST my credit card! Manager was very nonchalant about it, said he's had it happen before, and offered me a coupon. I didn't take the coupon, I'd rather have my credit card back. Had to immediately cancel it. Probably won't be going back. Never had anything like this happen there before.

My mother and I stayed at a hotel in the area came here because it was late and we where hungry. Tried to give them the benefit of doubt bc they where clearly short handed. The hostess was clearing tables and bringing food out. Noone was in uniform all street clothes. What really disturbed me is that I asked for a glass of wine and they gave me a dirty glass I asked for a new one. The bartender proceeded to take the wine from the dirty glass and pour it in a new one instead of pouring me a new glass of wine. I just let them keep it. I went to another restaurant the next day and asked what is the protocol in that situation they assured me I was supposed to get a fresh glass poured not contaminated wine from a dirty glass poured into a new one. Very disappointed.

I have been coming to TGI Friday's for years....this had to be the worst experience I ever had. There was one person working in the restaurant as a waitress with a lot of customers coming in. We waited over 15 minutes to be seated, and the waitress saw us waiting at the door to be seated and did not seem to care. Me and my friend and our kids ordered drinks and our Mojito and Margarita were watered down because we waited over 30 minutes for the drinks to come. Our kids sodas tasted like water. The food was ok, not hot but not cold but we waited a very long time for the food to come. I will not come back at all....disappointed.

Parking: There are an abundance of parking the parking as of 2024 is 1.25 an hour but you should have any issue finding parking

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes although you have to access it from one of the entrance of the parking lot it is wheelchair accessible

Came in about 6 PM and got seated right away. Restaurant was 99% empty. Sat for 20 minutes while servers walked right past us and they never looked at us or waited on us. We up and left and gave our money to a different restaurant. Thanks Fridays for nothing.

I will highly recommend TGI Fridays of White Plains. Great food and great atmosphere. The staff are just fun ,awesome and super friendly.

December 14, 2023 To: Friday's Corporate Office Subject: Unfortunate Incident at TGIFridays Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred at one of your TGIFridays locations on Saturday, Dec.9,2023. I believe it is essential to inform you about this incident for the sake of maintaining the reputation and trustworthiness of your establishment. On the aforementioned date, I visited TGIFridays located at White Plains,NY, City Center/Main St. location. Regrettably, during my time at the restaurant, my wallet was stolen, which contained $200 in cash, various credit cards, my license and car keys. Interestingly, my wallet was discovered approximately an hour later in the hostess drawer, only after I mentioned I could not leave the restaurant without my car key, which was in the wallet. It is worth noting that my family and I were one of only 2 dining parties present at the time of the incident, making it highly likely that the theft was committed by one of your employees. Understanding the seriousness of the situation, I immediately contacted the local authorities and filed a police report. Unfortunately, upon reaching home, I discovered that the culprits had attempted to use my credit cards, attempting multiple transactions. Fortunately, I had already taken the precaution of blocking and locking all my cards, preventing any unauthorized transactions. However, a couple of transactions did go through and I am working with detectives and the merchants to investigate shipping addresses for these orders. What deeply concerns me is the lack of concern shown by the manager on duty, Brook. Despite being aware of the incident, she did not inquire about the details or express any desire to rectify the situation. This has led me to question whether she might be involved in this theft scheme. Brook never approached to introduce herself or to ask what happened. She also kept pulling the other employees away from me telling them not to engage, which I found to be just weird. I find this level of disregard for customer safety and well-being utterly unacceptable. I felt it necessary to bring this incident to your attention as a loyal customer and a concerned citizen. While I understand that unfortunate events can occur, it is crucial to address such incidents promptly and take appropriate action to prevent their recurrence. I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and conduct a thorough investigation into the incident. It is imperative to ensure the safety and security of your customers and their belongings. Additionally, I kindly request that you provide me with an update on the measures taken to address this issue and prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. The atmosphere was heavy, and the cleanliness was unbelievably poor (dirty seats, tables, and floors!). The management was despicable. After waiting in line to be seated for over 10 minutes, a father behind me grew tired of waiting and went inside to request acknowledgment of the line. The person who claimed to be the 'manager' told him to take any table. When the 'manager' came to take our order, our first plate arrived with the wrong order, which was not surprising since she paid little attention when talking to us. Then my plate came, and it had a plastic string on it (see picture). I tried to get the server's attention, but all I heard was 'wait, ma'am.' Then the second plate also came with the wrong order. The 'manager' returned and said, 'I wouldn't eat your food; do you want another one or to cancel?' The server then informed me that my complaint was 'unnecessary' since she could ask the kitchen to fix my order. My question to TGIF Corp is: Do you properly train your employees? This place is disgusting.

The food is delicious. There's great ambiance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. There's on street parking. You can eat in, get takeout, or have it delivered on one of the apps. It's wheelchair accessible and family friendly.

The kitchen is what’s saving this place forsure, only one waiter, tables was never cleaned off waiter had to be requested multiple times and the restaurant was basically empty when I arrived. It took the waiter 30 mins to bring the check after requesting . Food was great no complaints but service horrible none of the staff are even dressed as staff this restaurant needs all of improvement. I’ve gone to Fridays plenty of times but this location I will not be returning to.

I went today 10/28 my son 18th bday. I took him there a few birthdaysOnly place in white plains I know sing happy birthday and give a free piece of cake. Waste of Money only 2females working. I waited 10mins to be seated then I was told no happy birthday song because lack of workers on top of that no free cake because new rules. I see why they were empty. Just close the place down ???FuriousI told everyone I know online do not even be bothered with this place
