All the Cheesecake Factory are spectacular, I can add to this one that we didn't have to wait at all and that the waitress's attention was excellent, which made the visit a total success. For us it is always a pleasure to be able to go to this place. Everything that is pasta and pizza is solid. And not to mention the desserts obviously. I definitely recommend it in White Plains.

I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience at the White Plains location this past Saturday. After bringing my family in, our waiter was friendly, but that’s where the positives end. We waited over 30 minutes for our appetizer, and when it finally arrived, it was served with our entire meal. What's the point of an appetizer if it's just part of the main course?

To make matters worse, the food was shockingly subpar. The chicken was poorly prepared, messy cuts of improperly butchered, tasteless meat. There was no sear or browning, and the skin was still gummy and difficult to cut through. It was clear the food had been rushed, and for the prices they charge, this is completely unacceptable.

And if the food wasn’t bad enough, we were further disgusted as we waited to order cheesecake on the way out. A horrible smell of bad breath permeated the entry area and the cheesecake station. Several others were complaining about it, and my wife even noted that one of the workers—who had been there a few years ago—had the same foul breath. How do his coworkers not address this? This is not a minor issue; it’s deeply off-putting. Maybe this review will give someone the courage to speak up.

As if that wasn’t enough, when we got home, we discovered that one of the cheesecakes we ordered—the usually reliable 30th anniversary cake—was stale, with the cheese hard and flavorless. This was the first time I've ever had a stale cheesecake from this place, and it was the last straw. I’m completely done with this restaurant!

Our favorite place to eat and something on the menu for everyone. The food quality is far from perfect but it's good enough to keep us coming back.

Obese Sonic

Prices are absolutely dastardly but that is a cheese cake factory thing not a location thing. I got shepherds pie and it was aight. Mac and cheese balls are nut bustingly good as per usual. Server was super nice. Definitely my favorite cheese cake factory in the area. staff is always very friendly.

The hot chicken wings were terrible but the cheese cake was the best I've ever tasted. Waitress asked my friend for an appetizer but didn't asked me. Waitress totally walked pass my table like I was invisible....

Way over priced for what it is. It’s a glorified Applebees that charges $25 for a piece of steak the size of a credit card.

I was at the White Plains location around 4:20pm. My son wanted to claim the free cheesecake for my birthday and they told him he wasn't registered. He assured them that he had registered me but they looked for my information with my phone number and it was not there. We decided to purchase 4 slices of cheesecakes on my son's account and they told him that if he wanted a $10 discount he had to buy at least one coffee. I agreed to buy the coffee. To my surprise the coffee was cold. I made the complaint and they told me that perhaps the coffee was stale or made in the morning. Another girl said that if she wanted she could add hot water. Given the incorrect answers or solutions, I asked for my money back for the coffee. They called the manager a second time and he said I'm sorry, “if you want I can make you an espresso” because there is no fresh regular coffee at the moment, I told him that I don't drink espresso and that I just want my money, and that I can't wait any longer because because my family was waiting for me in the car. At that moment another girl arrived and brought the apparently hot coffee, and I told her that I do not want coffee heated in a microwave. She angrily told me that it was not reheated and took another empty glass of coffee out of the trash can and very angry she told me " Look here is your coffee.” I think that both the employees on that shift, with the exception of a young man at the cashier who was always very friendly, need more training in customer service. Likewise, I think the Manager is not capable of assuming the position of manager due to his lack of character, empathy, and the inability to solve problems that may occur in the premises. I give the White Plains location a zero and no recommendation. I'm sorry to say this. Happy Birthday to me!!

The steak Diane was excellent some of the best I’ve had many of the cheesecake factory that I reviewed. The sauce was above average service was wonderful. Very enjoyable experience would I come back? Yes I would.

The workers allow food to be exposed during deliveries even when you ask for the bags to be properly closed. I’m surprised that such a large company can’t accomplish such a simple task. The manager also does nothing to fix the issue because it’s been happening consistently for the past 3 years.
