The woman who took my order was incredibly rude. I can tell she doesn't own the place, otherwise she would not treat people this way. I was there on a Tuesday at 1:15 pm. There was no one on line, and I was the only customer. I walked in and was told to go outside to order. No eye contact, just a very rude demeanor. I then went outside to order in the cold, and the sarcasm while taking my order was not called for. I ordered a hot dog with mustard, and onions with chili cheese fries. I was told (condescendingly) that there was a name for that hot dog. My encounter lasted under 2 minutes, but i will not be coming back. My business is moving on to a building down the street at the beginning of the year, and I've told everyone how good the dogs are. I will not recommend this place moving forward due to the nasty attitude of the person you have at the front.

Warm Apple Ciders & two of their Thanksgiving Signature Hot Dogs yesterday while onsite at The Dog Den, White Plains. We sat fireside and enjoyed the festive atmosphere. Free parking was a plus & appreciated

One of the best hotdog places i have eaten at. Location is amazing menu is vast and good priced. My only issue is the cashier. She always seems to have an attitude have gotten food here 2 times and both times shes given my wife and I very horrible attitudes before we even start speaking about our order. We always come to the window ready to order and she always slams her hands on the counter and just seems to be rushing us to keep moving. She's definitely does not like working customer service bet yet us a cashier. Other then her dog den is a favorite place for my wife and I but we will probably stick to ordering from the phone for pickup.

Everything you ever wanted in a hot dog joint is right here. My hot dog was delicious, the people were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was just right (comfortable in my work clothes, but pleased by the interesting decor), and it's really easy to get to (parking right off the arterial).
