I don't know how it's possible but this place may have the best falafel I've ever had. Most of us got either the falafel platter or sandwich. The insides are so moist while outside is perfectly crisp. The crispy outside is very savory. The insides are very, very green. I'm sure there's better ways to describe it, but I think you'll know it if this is what you're looking for.

The location itself is small, maybe room for 20 people. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated.

It's a casual dining experience, walk up and order and they'll bring it to your table. The staff is helpful and patient.

Vegetarian options: Almost everything was vegetarian. A few options with egg. Vegan options were clearly identified.

Parking: Small shared parking lot.

The falafel in a pita/sandwich is delicious. Their hummus and tahini are delicious and the meals are very cheap!

God awful customer service. I came in for a falafel pita and asked if they could replace the hummus, as I’m not a fan of hummus, with babaganoush, which they also have. I was told “no” by the woman at the counter after she checked with the woman prepping the food. When I stated that I would pay for a side of babaganoush along with the sandwich, and asked that they just please substitute the babaganoush for the hummus, I was again told “no” by both women. When I asked for an explanation, they refused to provide one (or did not have one, and they just didn’t want to assist with my small request). When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told to stop yelling. I was not yelling. The employees here do not appreciate 1) that the customer is always right (within reason) and 2) that food is personal to people, and making small modifications to people’s tastes and preferences go a long way. These employees were obstinate, difficult, condescending, and patronizing. I will never visit here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND that anyone pays for food here.

UPDATE: Returned. Had no issue ordering with slight modifications (I believe it was one of the same staff members as the previous visit, and she was helpful and easygoing). The food is unbelievably delicious. Pita soft as a pillow. The best falafel you can get outside of Israel. Sauces are spot on. My fiancé wants to reorder for dinner again tonight.

Solid falafel and hummus, but a bit expensive ($14) for a small container.

You are charged $14 for food not worth $4. The bowl size is just 4 inches by 1 inch, they give you 4 miniature falafels over very little quantities of yellow rice/ salad. You need to buy at least two for $28 for a lunch size portion. All the best to the service staff.

After enjoying food from The Falafel Place at a few events at my temple, I turned to them to cater a birthday party. Everything was excellent: falafel, hummus, fresh and moist pita, and my particular favorite, the smoky baba ganoush. The staff was patient beforehand in helping me decide on quantities. Prices were reasonable and I would definitely go there for catering again.
