Manitou was so helpful. It was our first time. He helped with selections. The salmon was so good and I really loved the beets and the shaved Brussels sprouts. I recommend you give it a try. It’s healthy and delicious lots of food to choose from and made its fresh.

Came kind of late on a Sunday about 6:45, the lights were off and everything was completely cleaned up and put away. The workers refused to meet eye contact with us but did mumble under their breaths to each other. They were the only establishment in the food court completely closed. All other places were open, friendly, cleaning for closing but still operating. Work ethic is no where to be found here. Disappointed to say the least.

I’ve been visiting The Westchester for years, this the first time tried this option. I was really impressed with how good the food was at The Little Beet. Everything was tasty and seasoned. Something in my bowl had too much salt. Still it was delicious. The woman behind the counter was pleasant enough, as long as you’re not rude, doesn’t really bother me if you’re not bubbly. I will definitely revisit. Thank you.

I used to love this place as a healthy option when at the mall. But lately their portion sizes have gone way down. They even skimp on the lettuce now. It’s hard to justify the $17 for my once favorite paleo bowl.

I love food from this place it's healthy and delicious, I come to this place kind of often. But every time I come to them, I feel and see very toxic relationships between staff(I'm talking about women’s part) One day I was waiting for a worker ( she was on her phone, and she saw me that I was waiting). But today was very particular situation. The other lady served food. And in the middle of putting avocado into my bowl, she took off her gloves, came to the kitchen, and started to fight with the other girl. Honestly, I wanted to leave and I should, but I didn't. Then she came back and continued to put things into my bowl. It's not acceptable I think it's good to teach your staff to be polite and put away all arguments out of the customer’s observation.
It was horrible flavor horrible food because it was burnt dry and no seasoning customer service was very slow and not very trying from the body language they were not listening or paying attention and gave me the wrong item after asking them to fix it twice there was no line behind me it was not a very big or busy place it was inside a shopping mall I think the staff need more training and the main you needs improvements
Vegetarian options: No taste flavor no seasoning for vegan options very limited horrible not very friendly customer service it was inside the mall
Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and vegan options are available I would not recommend them because there's no flavor and the falafel was burnt and black and the people messed up the order after twice repeating and was not very busy at all so I did not have any lines ? just so I can repeat my order back to them and they messed it up for the second time

Stopped by 7.05pm and the attendant told me it was closed, contradicting what the website says. When asked why the contradiction, he tells me it is open for pick up but not for walk in customers when the place is in a mall food court.

I highly recommend this place healthy reasoning! Xavier and Janice are the most professional and respectful employees i have delt with. Xavier was about to help me out on which greens to consume due to my health issues. Janice also was able to explain to me the ingredients for several items. These people are caring and respect to the fullest.
