Our server Julia was amazing. Everything was awesome
been going here for years and i’m amazed by how much the price increases every single time I come, went from $100 for 2 to $140 for 2 and the amount of food they give you is still the same or even less. How do you raise the price up $40 more but not give more food?
Atmosphere is nice and food is good but it just amazes me how much of a price increase and food quantity is still the same/less.
Very nice place for a quiet dinner
Tonight I came to the Melting Pot with my brother to celebrate his birthday. This is probably our 3rd year in a row to celebrate his bday. We absolutely love it here. Dark chocolate is so good! Our server was Alexus. She was attentive, friendly, and caring. She really made our experience special. Thank you, Alexus!! We will be back :D
Fun, great food, really enjoyed it. Service wasn’t great but it was Mother’s Day so I give them a pass on that.
The table service was horribly slow. From the time we were seated until the time our check was paid and we could leave was exactly 2 and 1/2 hours. (If you read other reviews I guess we were lucky.) Yes it was Mother's Day, but competent management would have staffed accordingly. Our server stopped at our table maybe once per half hour, and since the fondue portions are skimpy to begin with this left us staring at an empty pot for 20-25 minutes between each course. And after all that waiting the chocolate dessert pot came out lukewarm from the kitchen.
Additionally there was no disclosure at the time of reservation that the prix fixe menu was mandatory. Our server did try to make the best of it, but this was either sneaky or else more bad management. I'd bet on the latter.
It had been a few years since we'd been back to this restaurant. Never never again.
Enjoyable experience tasting all the different fondues. Service great. Cozy table.
Went in for dessert told them just wanted to dessert usually dessert is somewhat fast took 10 mins for waiter to come over and ask if we wanted water then a couple seated after us was served water and their order taken before our was even tho we arrived way before the other couple staff rude manager not competent stay away not worth the trouble
We came just before Christmas and the spot was very busy. It became apparent that it was a bit short staffed, however, our waitress Priscilla, was amazing and made us feel well attended to. Our food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and Priscilla made sure we still had a great experience, despite it being a bit short staffed.

We already told the owner this, but I had such a great time celebrating my birthday over dinner with friends. Luckily, we had MARIO as our server! He was so nice, funny and helpful. Everything was so cute! We’ll definitely be back! <3 10/10

I tried the Melting Pot for the first time last month and boy did it not disappoint!!! We had the most fun 3 hour dinner I’ve had in a long long time. Everything is super fresh with exciting flavors. I’m still dreaming about the battered shrimp and stuffed mushrooms. We started with the Spinach artichoke and Wisconsin cheddar which were both divine.
Highly recommend the European hot oil cooking style called Bourguignonne. This is absolutely the way to go if you like fresh batter and fry! The Mojo broth was also full of coastal flavor. There’s something for every dietary restriction and lots of great vegetarian and pescatarian options. The meats were also marinated perfectly. The service was also impeccable. These servers clearly know their stuff and have been there for a long time - hallmark of a great restaurant. Make sure you leave room for the fondue desserts or you’ll just have to come back again and again…
All the tables were intimate and thoughtfully arranged, enhancing the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant itself is tucked away in a charming basement oasis, offering a hidden escape that feels both relaxing and exclusive. It’s no wonder that after 3 hours we came out with our bellies full and cheeks hurting from laughing.
Great hidden gem for private parties or intimate gatherings or simply if you want to just grab some fondue and catch up. Definitely becoming a regular as long as I have the time!
