Went for my mom’s birthday, we all enjoyed the “4 course dinner for 2.” I believe the server’s name was Emily, she was great. It really is an experience, so plan to spend at least 2-3 hours there. We all loved it and would visit again.

We love the food at the melting pot but the service at the one in White Plains was sooo slow that it ruined a very expensive meal. When you are paying over $100/person you expect to get what you ask for like a clean glass of water and a clean plate within 20 minutes of asking. It took them almost three hours to serve 4 people dinner!! NEVER AGAIN

The food is absolutely incredible everytime we come. And the staff is always so sweet and knowledgeable. We had the honor of having Sabrina as a server and she is an angel! Was so sweet and always checking on us and making sure we were having a good time. Her skills, knowledge, service, and conversation made the experience even better. The food, drinks, and deserts were to die for. 100/10 experience :)

Server, Alexis, was great! Coffee was old and cold, food took forever to come, but tasted great. Dessert took forever and a day and the chocolate was ice cold, great once we heated it up (I know you cook at the table, it's the point, BUT.. the bouillon and the chocolate comes out hot (typically ). Lovely birthday plate for the guest of honor at our table. All in all a great meal, just could have been much less of a wait and the annoyance was just that, an annoyance.

The cheese was the highlight of the night! My partner and I both really enjoyed our drinks and we had a really fun time. Next time we go, we might skip the entree. I'm not the biggest fan of cooking my own food at a restaurant personally and it just wasn't my cup of tea! I still had an incredible time though and would recommend this to a friend!

Slow, poor service - nothing like past experiences. Cheese and chocolate courses were cold, waitress unable to get temperatures set right. Once proper temperatures were reached - all of the food was fantastic. Shrimp, teriyaki and bourbon steak were favorites. Flaming turtle chocolate great as always.

I truly can't understand the raving reviews for this place. It's worthy of maybe 2 stars at best. Seriously overpriced food that is so underwhelming. Take your hard earned money and treat yourself elsewhere.

We went for a date night which was long overdue and had the perfect night, the host was very friendly upon our arrival, the waitress was very helpful on what style of fondue to order, very attentive to our requests and made sure we didn't feel rushed.
