Firstable they should get a cashier that speaks English. She wouldn't give me my grubhub order because she couldn't understand that I was going to lose my train and seems like she didn't understand because the only thing that she kept saying is swipe order swipe order. She can keep the food looks like the owner don't care since is not the first review about a useless cashier

Food is really good, juan is great holding it down at the hot plate. But the lady at the register seems overwhelmed most of the time. And most of the time what you get from her is what do you want? Understand that maybe is that too many people ordering at the same time and the phone ringing and online orders. But good morning goes a long way.

I had been a long customer at Tommy's deli and enjoyed the food. However I will never go back there. The Asian woman who is the cashier is obnoxious. First time she made a rude comment to me I let it go and figured she was just a angry human being. Second time was the last straw as they have lost my business. When I called to speak with Tommy he yelled over the phone that it was lunch time and he was too busy to care about my complaint. Worst deli experience ever. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating a long time customer so poorly.

They make the best breakfast sandwich ?

Food tastes great but the experience was not good since the cashier was careless and added an extra sandwich “Reuben” which we never got in the bag and never ordered. She was rude when asked over the phone about the same and instead of French Fries gave us Home Fries. Price on the display board was different than what she charged.

I order from Tommy’s at least twice a week. The prices are fair, the food is excellent and the service is so fast. The turkey club is outstanding. They’re one of the few delis in the area with excellent chicken cutlets. My only complaint? Add a sausage egg and cheese on a roll to the menu. Add one with hash browns and call it the Annie ;)
Tommy's deli and Cafe has been a staple in the area for the last 30 years and there's a reason because his food is impeccable his service is great and he is reasonable. Love it always
