I agree with many of the other poor reviews. The service was horrendous and the staff was extremely rude to not only the customers, but to each other. It was evident that the staff was fighting with each other. The cook looked extremely angry and bothered by the customers. When I ordered I couldn’t even understand the gentleman taking my order. He just mumbled the entire time and acted annoyed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The owner should see how poorly this place is run and how the staff treats each other and the customers!

I eat at Whitman's all the time they have amazing food and great customer service! The manager Erich is doing such a great job leading his hard working team. The food always comes out fresh, hot, and delicious! Today Erich got me to step out of my comfort zone and try the Beyond Burger and it has changed the Burger game! It's like a soy mixed veggie burger it's unique, but it was sooo good. If you are unsure what to get from Whitman's you should for sure try it! Well all in all amazing team, amazing service, and delicious food! 10/10

Got my name wrong after spelling it out 3 times, over priced salad ($5 extra for unseason white chicken, seriously?) tasted absolutely so bland and flavorless I just had to throw it out, bowl was way to small everything is jam packed, too hard to even mix your dressing which was near close to a solid. Highly would not recommend

Stay away from this place. It is extremely dirty and personnel is rude. Go back to the cameras around 2.35pm to see what the "chef" was doing... Talking on his cellphone and touching the food with his hands. When he was reprimanded, he answered back by saying, do you want your food. We simply replied no and walked away.
Not sure why Whitman's has low reviews but this place has the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had! The bread was very soft and warm and the cheesesteak and Carmelita's onions were to cooked to perfection. Please stay open! Please! Hands down, best philly around.

The food is blank nothing special there, price is high and the service is actually the worse. In the first time I came here I ordered a regular cheese burger and fries, it took them 30min. The second time I came here was when In ordered just a sproud salad, after 25 min wait I went complain to them that my food was not ready. And no joke they told me they forgot to make and only took them 5 more mins to give me my order.
