I buy like 8ish meals from this place every week. Great for bulking / meeting general macro requirements. Meals are genuinely tasty and filling and they have decent variety. I don't really go for the desserts so no comment on those but I love the breakfast options. Price is very reasonable for the value you get. $8ish per meal normally but there's a discount on friday. I'd only recommend this place if you're gonna be a repeat buyer. Their rewards program makes it worth it, but if your only gonna come once in a while there's better options for pre-made meals.Tldr: tasty food, hits your nutrition requirements, price is reasonable do recommend.

Great place to grab some weekly meal’s. It’s a plus that they accept Independent Health Extras card. Had the pleasure of dealing with Chase a few times at different locations and must say he has great customer service and a very friendly and positive attitude. Fit Friday is the best day as they discount most meals. Highly recommend.
