Walking by and catching a whiff of the famous pretzels will draw anyone in for a bite. Staff was cold and dismissive. Three dollars for a pretzel with no coupons will cost you close to ten bucks for three pretzels. Walking away I kind of felt cheated. The were delicious, don't get me wrong. A couple of bites and gone. Not so sure I'd get them again without a coupon or special.

So...just visited my daughters favorite place auntie Anne's and I have to share with you that we have made friends with an employee named Judy. Over the last several months she has been such a pleasure to visit. She takes the best care of us when we visit and order our pretzels. I just want her to be given the credit she deserves for being not only a caring and wonderful person but also an outstanding employee. Thank you Judy for making our day and all of out visits so memorable.
