Oddly, my son said that his plain cream cheesed bagels taste like vinegar. A couple of hours later, I had a sesame and it also tastes like vinegar. The cream cheese was in date by a month but it too, tastes sour. I think it’s the cream cheese…..I cannot get the taste out of my mouth and son now sick.

I keep looking for the perfect cream cheese consistency like Manhattan Bagel used to serve and still can't find it. I had an everything bagel and it was good. Consistency delicious but was lacking the salt in the everything that's on top and the cream cheese is meh for me.
Excellent service. Grab your own coffee on the side station (love that)!

Honestly out of all their bagels I liked pumpernikel bagel with garlic cream cheese. Their jalapeno bagel was very flat (I had high expectations ) also tried their sesame, everything, hashbrown. All of these were not very good. Very dense and hard after toasting for 1 min or so.

This location is always excellent. Fast and courteous service and the food tastes great. The Snyder location is severely lacking in all these departments and needs to be trained by the staff at this location.

Management apologized and confirmed that they have a commitment to supporting their team members to me better aware of customer customization in their order app.

We go there for a breakfast sandwich. Started when it was bagel jay’s. Since Bruegger’s bought the location the constantly mess up our order. I prefer a sesame seed bagel. They see me unworthy of sesame and substitute a plain. I have complained but find the time to remake seems unnecessary for the benefit.

However if you don’t care what flavor bagel you get then you should do just fine

And that is the blubbery muffin over my sandwich begging for sesame seeds

People are friendly and it is convenient. The atmosphere is cafeteria like

We will go back but I have resigned myself to get what they give me……

Great food, best bagels in town, this location doesn't have any outlets to plug a laptop into, and the wifi is sub-par and the dining area is oddly void of logical places to sit, but great good if you just want a great bagel togo

Ordered a ham, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel, the ham was ice cold and even the cheese was stiff and cold. You guys have to pay attention and do better.

I will start by saying that the breakfast sandwich was literally one of the tastiest ones I’ve ever eaten - however we ordered on Instacart (Uber Eats) and the price did not match the portion size. It was pretty small for the price. I understand your bagels are smaller - that’s fine - then you need to lower the price. It was bittersweet trying to enjoy it knowing we paid $10+ for a breakfast sandwich that is pretty small. Shouldn’t be more than $7 or it needs to be bigger. We won’t order again for this reason. I get that prices are higher on delivery apps but this was unreasonable.

Worst salmon bagel I've ever had. Salmon was stale and fishy, tomato slices thick and tasteless, the red onion sliced too thick, and the capers were in a pile in the middle of the bagel. The bagel itself was smashed and tasteless, and the cream cheese was tasteless as well. Previously had good bagels here, but this one was dreadful. As other reviewers have noted, price of a simple bagel with cream cheese is now quite high as well. Only bright spot -- young woman at register was polite, cheerful and competent.

Came and ordered a bagel, I was met with a bit of sticker shock as a single bagel with butter and cream cheese was 5.21!!!! I can get a coffee, bagel and hash brown at Tim Hortons for roughly the same price. The bagel had good flavor, however, it was not easy to chew, and the inch and half of cream cheese was disgusting! I legit scraped most of it off. The other thing that REALLY bothered me was every employee was wearing a hat, yet the manager who was making a majority of the food had no hat or hair net on. Must be do as I say not as I do type. I think I’ll stick to Tim Hortons.

The bagels are very bready and dense, not chewy and light. I've gotten better bagels from Tops or Tim Hortons. The menu items are very limited for sandwiches. This pales in comparison to Bagel Jays, they should have used their recipe instead of this. The decor is cold and stark instead of welcoming. Very corporate, very dull. The workers were really nice, but slow in making things. Wouldn't rush back.

Parking: This is a busy plaza, it is hard to get parking near the restaurant.

I tried the farmhouse sandwich with the hashbrown bagel. It was amazing! A complete breakfast experience. And the hashbrown bagel adds something special, definitely recommend.

It was my first visit since they opened.
I bought bagels to freeze, and a tub of cream cheese.

The item that ruined the purchase for me was the plain cream cheese in a tub.
Terrible taste. Please get Philadelphia cream cheese. There is nothing better.

I will not return until the change is made.
Staff and atmosphere were great.
