Terribly understaffed and lacking customer service skills. The bagels are good, but the service is so bad. It’s like they’re angry they have customers, so that tells me it’s a leadership issue and/or the staff is not trained or held to any standards. We placed an online order to pick up. The order should have been ready 20-25 minutes ago after being placed. That’s when we arrived. We were told it would be another 30 minutes. The person at the register, apparently a manger, was very rude. We watched walk ins order and get their orders before ours. We asked for a refund and he said to get it online. We insisted on the refund and he finally said he would just make the food. It took him 5 min to make it. Meanwhile and elderly lady spilled a cup of coffee. The staff saw but no one acknowledged or came out to clean it up. We notified them that there was a spill and asked if they could come clean it because it’s not safe. A very annoyed staff member came out with the mop and yelled at the elderly lady customer to “get out of the way!” It was tough to watch someone be so unnecessarily cruel. This is an experience we won’t soon forget for all the wrong reasons. Obviously this staff is not happy and that comes from the top. Leadership needs to do better to set your team up for success. They seem to hate their jobs and their customers. But why?

The best breakfast place around. Those double stacks are awesomely delicious as are the various specialty bagels. These are done right bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Well worth your effort to go and try-you will be back!

Came to order a sandwich around 12:30 today through the drive thu. The employee who made my food sneezed Into open air. Didn't cover his mouth or wash hands and change gloves. I could see the entire line through the drive thru. I asked for my money back and left. Very disappointed.

Worst first time experience I’ve had at Bruegger’s Bagels. The workers were extremely rude from the moment I walked in acting like taking my order was a burden. No greeting, no respect, just straight attitude. It completely ruined the experience. I don’t understand how a place can stay in business treating customers like that. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I stopped in to pick up bagels for the offide at 6:30am, and the staff were on point! Patient (I was not full awake and had never been before), friendly and efficient! Keep up the good work!
Bathroom is very dirty. Cashier argued with me but clearly stated on the board what is included.

This is by FAR the best bagel place in Buffalo New York. If you live around here, visiting, or are just passing through you gotta try it for yourself. My personal favorites are the Vermonter and farmhouse, though i haven’t had a single bagel sandwich i didn’t like. The service is amazing and employees are always kind.

I had a great experience at Bruegger’s Bagels! The customer service was excellent the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was great, everything tasted fresh and delicious. The service was fast, and my order was ready quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
