have been here a few times in the past and ordered their chicken which was always good but today i got the bulgogi rice bowl and i was really looking forward to trying it but it was so bland im disappointed it was barely seasoned. also the girl at the front desk looked miserable.

As a Korean, who’s been to many BBQ chicken places, this is way below the standard. I ordered medium size which was too cold and no difference in amount compared to small size. I am sure whoever inside the kitchen knows they did. Very disappointing and deceiving manner to customer. When I picked up my order after waiting inside store, I found meat was too chewy, hard, and low quality chicken you can see any place pre-maid from frozen. This is not the place you want to visit to taste Korean chicken.

Last night I went into this restaurant to pick up an order for my job with Uber Eats. It was a little past the time the restaurant closed When I arrived. When I walked in the employee that was there got really nasty with me and started yelling at me because it was past their time that they were supposed to close. When I responded with I don't control when Uber assigns the order, He kept screaming at me. This establishment really rubbed me the wrong way and that employee was extremely rude. I'm not sure if I ever would have ate there myself but I definitely will not go there now after this treatment. If you are looking to be treated with no respect this is your type of place to go to, highly do not suggest.

My husband brought home wings and sushi. The wings are unbelievably amazing!! Best wings I've had in a long time. We can't wait to try it again. Hats off to the chefs ?Get there if you haven't already!!!

I always came here for food and told everyone to come here and loved it BUT the chicken came out raw a couple times, pink slimy flesh and a little blood. The one time was really bad and I went back after I opened a couple up and didn’t like how they looked at all. I very politely asked for a new batch of wings cooked more, I showed him the wings and the owner refused to even look. He told me they are all cooked the same for 15 minutes and have a timer and that it’s not raw even though it was obviously raw. Regardless, if a customer says their chicken seems raw to them, you make them a new order. He had no concern for my health or money. I had spent North of 400 dollars here before too. I still want a refund or new food. I’m still upset and would be happy to speak with the owner again and figure it out. Prior to this experience I genuinely thought they had the best fried chicken in Buffalo and would tell everyone to try, was extremely surprised and disappointed with how the owner decided to be. Making a new small order of wings isn’t a big deal, I used to come weekly.

Chicken seem like it was old mines was cold and for some reason it doesn’t taste the same as it did when they first open the chicken was not crispy like Korean chicken supposed to be price dropped. That’s a good thing but overall my experience at BBQ chicken was a 4.5 out of 10.

This is the best korea chicken fried I’ve evertried!!! Honey garlic and Gangnam style wings are my favourite ? And they have K food, Rośe Ddeok-Bokki is my favourite one!!
