I used to love coming here for the grilled chicken sandwich meal. Pretty sad that you got rid of it will not be coming to burger king anymore since that was the only sandwich I would eat. Also the onion rings have gone down in quality, they're always mushy not crispy

I went there for lunch today around 1:30pm. Sat in a 12 car drive thru lane for about 25 minutes. Extremely slow. Finally got up to the speaker and the employee said they were sorry but short staffed and I would have to come in to the restaurant if i wanted to place an order. Mind you, the car in front of me and all the cars ahead went thru without having to go inside. I do understand that stuff happens and they were short staffed but to sit in line for almost 30 minutes only to be told to come inside was a bummer. Shut the doors if you are unable to staff your establishment. Put a sign up. Do Something.

Dined inside instead of takeout. Clean interior. Friendly staff. Order perfect, hot and quick. The light on the ceiling of the dining room is a stacked hamburger, per my child. Very cute.
Parking: Regular suburban parking lot, free and easy to find a space

I stopped here 9:13 pm and ordered food... got to my hotel and noticed I was missing some items... on top of that my burger looked about 8 hours old and I ended up waking up throwing up violently about 3:30am!!! contacted BK and received NO help! So I messaged them through the app... I went 5 days with no response after they contacted me the first day... stay away from this place

I asked for light mayo and sauce. This unrecognizable whopper junior is not the product of pissing someone off so they made me a revenge burger ? I made my order on the Uber app for delivery. Soooooo Whhhhhhhhhy

1st visit my mobile order was ready when I showed up and food was decent. 2nd time I was going to come here, but they weren’t accepting mobile orders (was 6p, no good reason why not accept orders, drove by and there were a few cars in the drive thru, so they were open and were not super busy or anything, so docking a star)

This is the second time you put lettuce Mayo and wilted lettuce in a whopper that was supposed to be Ketchup and cheese only. This time you didn't even put ketchup on it. How did you all manage to put ADDITIONAL ingredients on my burger and miss one of the only two things I actually wanted? How incompetent. You really need to hire people with at least a first grade reading level. No worries though. You all saved me money because I will NEVER eat here or at any BK EVER AGAIN. But everyone needs that $15 - $16 though, sure pay you a fortune to just ruin my lunch. Good Job!

Ordered 2 double whooper meals and paid for them, but received 2 single whooper meals. At today’s prices this oversight aggravates the daylights out of me. Wendy’s is right down the road, that’s where I’ll be going from now on.
