normally the guy here working the window makes my day! he’s an absolute charmer. today, kelly at the window taking order #990 decided that she didn’t like speaking to a trans person when she saw my face, and so scowled, said two total words during our transaction, and gave me the wrong food, which i cannot eat. Fire kelly. bring that guy back.

Staff was awesome and even made some people leave that were making fun of a group of their regular customers.
I went thru the drivethru today and got the $7 meal. I asked for ice tea but they said that was an upcharge so I sighed and ordered a soda. When I got to the window the gentleman there had a big smile and handed me an ice tea, he said I sounded so said he asked his manager and he said I could get an ice tea! I had a great chat with this young man and he was so sweet and upbeat and excited to be a part of the team and grow his career. What a great guy!
I used to love coming here for the grilled chicken sandwich meal. Pretty sad that you got rid of it will not be coming to burger king anymore since that was the only sandwich I would eat. Also the onion rings have gone down in quality, they're always mushy not crispy

Standard BK food -it's good for fast food. The crew working was pretty good and friendly, you don't see that all the time lately, so it should be called out (and shouldn't be so rare)

Great deals like the $5 Combo. Just go during the meal hours only for fresh, tasty food. I've only had trouble with late night orders.

I went there for lunch today around 1:30pm. Sat in a 12 car drive thru lane for about 25 minutes. Extremely slow. Finally got up to the speaker and the employee said they were sorry but short staffed and I would have to come in to the restaurant if i wanted to place an order. Mind you, the car in front of me and all the cars ahead went thru without having to go inside. I do understand that stuff happens and they were short staffed but to sit in line for almost 30 minutes only to be told to come inside was a bummer. Shut the doors if you are unable to staff your establishment. Put a sign up. Do Something.

Dined inside instead of takeout. Clean interior. Friendly staff. Order perfect, hot and quick. The light on the ceiling of the dining room is a stacked hamburger, per my child. Very cute.
Parking: Regular suburban parking lot, free and easy to find a space
