I understand i went late at night. I understand i ordered a decent amount of food. However i ordered on the app atleast 10 minutes before arriving; then had to wait 5 minutes at the speaker and atleast 10 more at the window. Credit where credit is due the food was hot and fresh and correct!

Poor service. I worked in food since I was 9 years old. This is ridiculous. Terrible service. The older lady that was expiditing was so bad. And we ordered large fries and got like a half a cup not even in both. That was at 11.26.25. At about 9:45 about 10 pm. And took about 25 so minutes to get our food out. Hire me I'll rock your world. I will be calling after Thanksgiving you bet.

Not only did I waste my entire lunch break waiting for my food (only car at the window), the order wasn't even right. I could not go back to get this right since I was out of time. 4 people standing around with their arms crossed and the woman at the window acted like I was wasting their time! Absolutely horrible service. Will NEVER go back

Had lunch here today about 1130. I ordered with the mobile app. Food came out accurately. Reason for the review is Paul. Slightly older gent on front counter. Super friendly and polite. Gave me the option to wait for the new batch of fries. Then I got to see him interact with a few other customers. Paul helped them order in the most cost effective way. Made suggestions for add ons all the while without being pushy and keeping a smile on his face. Refreshing to see at a fast food establishment.

Came here from out of town Saturday evening 2 hours before closing food was horrible old hard chicken fries wrong drinks and tired person at the window didn't want to be there apparently. The place was empty no one in drive thru or inside I wonder why.

normally the guy here working the window makes my day! he’s an absolute charmer. today, kelly at the window taking order #990 decided that she didn’t like speaking to a trans person when she saw my face, and so scowled, said two total words during our transaction, and gave me the wrong food, which i cannot eat. Fire kelly. bring that guy back.
