Been eating Burger King for 40 years. Every time I go to transit Road in Williamsville 5345.. The manager there is rude. Every time I go there to her employees today August 9 I went in for breakfast. She was the most rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a Burger King not very good being the manager. I sat there and waited to place an order. she turned the corner and said Jesus Christ. And then proceeded to give me an attitude about my coupon. Say the least I walked away and she said good. Didn’t want your Business anyway. To say the least, I will never return to this location tried call corporate 10 different different times no answer. one more thing I was just reading the reviews. I guess her name is Wendy. She’s a supervisor heavyset if this is in fact, upper management needs to look into her.

Vegetarian options: I have never had such a wonderful Burger than Burger Kings impossible Burger. It is amazing and you can get it as a Whopper (an impossible Burger Whopper). Tons of other things too. I love it there.
Kid-friendliness: My kids always love it here especially because they get to wear a crown.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can always get your wheelchair in and out of the building, through the aisles and in the bathroom which sometimes is hard to do but not here. It is easy

The service is poor when the heavy set girl takes the order her and the heavy set guy who make the food don't wear gloves so I wouldn't recommend it but when the older ladies work they are more thorough and they serve way better.

Nuggets were overcooked and also got the wrong chicken. Sandwich given to me. But other than that
I love this location! The food is always on point and I order special things on the app every time. The people are really nice… always a smile and friendly greetings and conversation from Paull and Kerry who are two of my favorites and the manager is super nice too! I just love coming to this location!!

The person taking the order was nice, but what concerns me is I’m sitting here eating someone alittle girl comes over and sprays a little portion of the table with cleaner then only wipes down about the size of a cellphone on the table and moves on.
