You can really tell that the Manager takes very good care of this particular Establishment, as well as their staff. The place is clean, warm, friendly and their food is fresh! We pretty much stopped eating fast food because of how unkempt most places have gotten....and forget about the service!!! If we ever desire fast food, we WILL come out of our way to this location and we live about 30 minutes away! Thank you for keeping something pleasant in this world! 😉

I really love this Buger King out of all the rest. Friendly service always a smile 😁 on face when at the counter. And I like that it hasn't updated. And their food always tastes and fresh. The workers very polite always giving you the food and drink you want your way. Unlike the Burger King 👑 on Millersport highway. The one on Millersport highway needs to learn how to be respectful and polite to their customers. I hope this one on Transit Rd stays the way it it!

Went here for lunch and normally it's always been a satisfying experience, but today they were going through a small lunch rush but nothing major and some of the workers have bad customer service skills huffing/puffing and rolling their eyes because they have to put the customer first, it's like don't do customer service if you could care less about making the customer experience an enjoyable one and have return customers.
I had a wonderful lunch at your restaurant today. Mary Beth was delightful when taking our drive-thru order, ensuring everything was correct. Her smile and cheerful greeting at the window made the experience even more pleasant. Thank you, Mary Beth, for your excellent service! Our food was hot and delicious. We will certainly return to your Williamsville location—it's our favorite.

Stopped at dinnertime and ordered at the kiosk. The place was almost empty. Lady at counter was denigrating the staff in the back and was indifferent to me. Whopper was poorly assembled and chicken sandwich was overcooked. Onion rings were more breading than onion. Very mediocre experience. Perhaps it's better earlier in the day
