Wow! What a true Buffalo experience and the food!
Where do I start, the beef on weck, the stew, Italian beef all just over the top excellent.
If you are in buffalo and don’t go to Charlie’s you are missing out!

4 people behind me, and they were served first. 15.50 for a sandwich and an 8 oz bland 8 oz shake. Should have waited afterwards before leaving a tip. Never again. I'll stick with Swiston's.

I can't wait to go back to Buffalo to try more items. The prime rib sandwich was excellent. The staff were friendly and the brownies were mouthwatering.

Amazing hand carved roast beef on the most delicious kimmelweck rolls! I had the turkey barley soup along with creamy coleslaw and a draft birch beer. The heart of Buffalo is contained in this sandwich! THE BEST in Buffalo!

I've only been to Buffalo 3 times but I've come to love this place. The beef on weck is great! I feel welcome here, not only in the restaurant, but it extends to the whole city.

Had the beef on weck at Charlie the Butcher’s Kitchen, and it did not disappoint! The beef was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, and the kummelweck roll was spot on. Great flavors and a really friendly, welcoming staff. A must-visit if you’re in Buffalo and craving an authentic local sandwich!
